The little treehouse in Fairhaven is a perfect spot for a family visit. Close to the beach and easy to find. Very near the Harrington Harbour Yacht Club and other sporting amenities. Very affordable too. The kitchen was well equipped. The very large family room gave our family plenty of room to spread out. Terrific family break.

Great location. Walking distance to capital south metro station. Easy and close street parking. Had groceries and door dash delivered right to the door. Felt very safe.

Jennifer’s place is very cozy, clean, and private. It is located in a nice, quiet area of DC. The provided parking space was an excellent bonus. The proximity to most points of interest was perfect, about 20 mins drive to many historic buildings. Jennifer was very prompt and responsive to my inquires. It was a very lovely stay. Thank you!

We loved Natasha’s place! It was everything we needed- sparkling clean, conveniently located, and equipped with everything we needed. Comfy mattress too! Lovely meeting Natasha as well! Would definitely return!

David was a very accommodating host and made our stay very comfortable. We needed somewhere local to Falls Church for two nights while we moved homes. The place is quaint and as described and easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 kids. It’s also a very quiet neighborhood and we had a great sleep as a result. Highly recommend this place!

Understanding and very responsive. We had a really good time for my daughters sleepover. I had left a bag and Jennifer was kind enough to put it in the safe spot for me to come back and pick up. I would stay here again.

The place was exactly what we needed. Location was perfect to get to everything we needed and wanted to do. We were able to check in a little bit early, which was amazing and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Leigh's farm house and barn was the perfect place to relax with a group of couples for New Years Eve. The house was by far the most beautiful, and no detail was overlooked with the design and quality of the renovation of this historic home. She was super helpful and responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. There is 1 main house with 5 bedrooms & another barn house with another bedroom, pool table, and small kitchen plus 1.5 baths. The main house has an in laws suite that is accessible by it's own staircase. It was a great location 5 min drive from Harper's Ferry, on a quiet easy to get to street tucked off the main road by a small pond. The only regret is that it was too cold/rainy to use the fire pit area, corn hole, patio (but we did enjoy the heated plunge pool & karaoke machine). Plenty of fire wood, several lounge areas to hang out. Would love to come back again in the summer when it's warmer! Thanks for a wonderful stay and being the perfect place to celebrate NYE!

Incredibly grateful for this home and for the KOA next to it! We knew we were booking a home with lots of bedrooms a hot tub (the most important things!) but we had no idea it offered so much more. A working fireplace when we got snowed in, a KOA with plenty of activities literally next door, a stunning walking path that we took through the snow when we got snowed in, and an incredibly kind crew who helped us get our cars un-stuck. If I had to be anywhere during a snowstorm, it would be here. And if I had any questions, the KOA was there next door to answer them. Super easy. We were walking distance to tubing, a six minute drive from historic downtown. We just have to come back when the weather is nicer to take advantage of the mini golf!

Martha and John’s place was so beautiful and peaceful and everything we needed for a getaway from New York. They were so kind and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home with our dog and would definitely come back again! The thoughtfulness and attention to detail they put into their place truly makes you feel right at home :)

Absolutely lovely. The perfect cozy spot on the bay. Love it 😍- we’ve been before in the summer, and we will be back again. The Swans were beautiful.

Had a great stay at Shaun's place - enjoyed the amenities and the stars that were out that night. Had a big lightning storm that night, so if that sort of thing wakes you up, bring a sleep mask because there are a couple of skylights. The hot tub and pool were great and the outdoor seating and speakers were pretty nice, too. When we left to go hiking after checkout, Shaun immediately contacted me every way he could to tell me I left my motorcycle leathers behind, which would have been a disaster for me, and at 20+ pounds and super-bulky, would have been an expensive shipping nightmare. In all, great experience.

A great house for big groups. Lots of amenities for all including children. Would be a great house for summer get away. The kitchen was very well stocked, better than any place we've stayed. Lots of rooms and plenty of space in the great room for dining, playing games and chilling out on the couches. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely go back, highly recommend it!

We had a great stay. There was plenty of things to do. The house was in a nice location. There was lots of space for the kids to play (inside and outside). Overall it was a nice place to stay that was centrally located to a variety of activities. There was a small issue with the front door but maintenance fixed it quickly.

Excellent and well stocked. Pretty much every amenities you could need. Short distance from both liberty and whitetail mountains. Will definitely stay again!

Miguel's place was perfect for our needs. It was near friends that we were visiting and near coffee, restaurants, a farmers market and was very walkable. We were a 15 minute walk from the Metro so we were able to travel downtown for museums, etc. Miguel made sure to communicate with us about his dogs and it was exactly as presented. You could hear them moving about upstairs during the day but not an issue for us. Everything was quiet during the time that they committed to. We had a great nights sleep both nights. The bed was firm. I loved that part. My wife prefers the bed softer but we both slept well so not a problem in the end. Everything was clean with snacks provided. We will definitely stay here again when visiting in the future.

Was just the quiet, relaxing break we needed. Host was very helpful and friendly and we felt right at home. House was well stocked and comfortable. Excellent outdoor space on the water for that early cup of coffee , some kayaking, or s’mores around the fire pit.

Very nice neighborhood and the parking was a plus, we had 2 vehicles. Had to extend our stay a day and Omar was responsive and happy to help. Would recommend and will stay in the future if work brings us back.

Ryam is a very responsive host. The apartment was as described and he was very flexible with the check-in which helped us greatly. The apartment was close to the downtown and all of the Frederick amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all.

Absolutely wonderful basement apartment, cozy, quiet, private and with everything that you need. The living room is spacious. The bedroom was very cozy, full size mirror, very comfortable bed. Kitchen has everything and fridge was stocked with a nice collection of drinks and little snack, which was much appreciated after travel. Wonderful place, have stayed there twice now and will again.

This little cottage is a fantastic stay, especially if you have pets. It’s not too far from any major shopping or restaurants, but far enough that you don’t have to deal with noise pollution. You have almost everything you need already on property, besides food and body wash! The fenced in backyard is great! The host provides a grill and fire pit for use, along with nice covered patio and furniture to enjoy the surroundings. The hosts are very friendly and responsive, and couldn’t have made this a more pleasant experience . This is definitely on my list of favorite places to rent when in the NoVA area!
