beautiful spot, centrally located to everything. walking distance to restaurants and bars but far enough to be quiet and comfy. Highly recommend this place and the host was fantastic!

This location was great! The stay was exactly as portrayed. The house was nicely decorated and super cozy. The neighborhood was great for morning and afternoon walks. The driveway was a huge plus. We felt safe the whole time we were there!

The little treehouse in Fairhaven is a perfect spot for a family visit. Close to the beach and easy to find. Very near the Harrington Harbour Yacht Club and other sporting amenities. Very affordable too. The kitchen was well equipped. The very large family room gave our family plenty of room to spread out. Terrific family break.

The only thing bad about a great review is this might be occupied next time I am in DC and want to stay here--I will be back--perfect location for all my needs.

We loved our stay! Karla was so kind and welcoming. We have good friends nearby and return to Deale often to see them. We look forward to staying here again!

If you want to easily access all the walkable locations in historic downtown Frederick, make this your home base! We parked our car in the provided space upon arrival and didn’t need to use it again. The house felt homey and made for a perfect place to relax when we weren’t dining out or exploring shops and parks. This is a property with character in the perfect location.

Jennifer was very sweet. She checked on me often and made me feel so welcome. The place was clean and cozy, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. She also very welcoming of my dog, Birdy. I would definitely stay there again!

This was a weekend get away for our family. I feel her home way PERFECT for us. We enjoyed a fire watching the sun rise one morning. The view is beautiful and the area is peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. The entire house was spotless. We are already looking forward to coming back, hopefully next year. I'd give a higher rating than 5 if I could. Thank you for EVERYTHING.

The place was exactly what we needed. Location was perfect to get to everything we needed and wanted to do. We were able to check in a little bit early, which was amazing and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Leigh’s farmhouse is every bit adorable and charming! From the minute we arrived, we felt so at peace and at home. This cute farmhouse is decorated wonderfully with super comfortable beds, all the amenities we could need, and even extras like the Nspresso in the kitchen! We loved the heat pool and the fireplaces throughout the home! We hosted thanksgiving dinner here and had everything we could possibly need and more! Leigh was a fantastic host, quick to respond to any question or need!

We felt right at home at the Fox Den! The place was warm, comfy and peaceful. We loved spending time up on the rooftop deck as an added bonus. It was a quick 15 minute drive to the Inner Harbor. Heather had a beautiful property and was an amazing host. Overall, we had a fantastic little getaway!

We loved our stay at the carriage house! It was so beautiful and comfortable and above all, very clean! My kids' white socks stayed white which was truly something I thought I would never see in an Airbnb stay. It was quiet with breathtaking views out of every window and Lynn was an incredible host. We plan to stay again!

Easy, clean and comfortable

We had a great time again this fall at this adorable campground. The house had everything we needed and the fire pit and hot tub were hits!

Fantastic home for our DC trip. If I had an ideal home in DC, this would be it. Our family of 4 really enjoyed coming to Carlos’ home everyday after long days of visiting DC monuments and museums. Linens, blankets and towels all smelled fresh. The home is beautiful decorated and comfortable, and it has all the kitchen appliances and utensils you need to make breakfast or stay in and cook. Showers worked well and there were 2.5 bathrooms, so very convenient. A few considerations for people reading this review and thinking through their needs. The 3 beds were definitely on the harder side for folks with back issues and need soft mattresses to sleep well. Also, not a lot within walking distance but we had a car and planned to drive daily anyway (Capitol Hill is 20 mins). Plenty of street parking right in front though. Neighborhood is peaceful, with a Safeway grocery market 1/2 mile away, so that’s all we really needed. Really high recommend staying here!

Great house, great location and great hosts. Very communicative, and the house was lovely.

Miguel's place was perfect for our needs. It was near friends that we were visiting and near coffee, restaurants, a farmers market and was very walkable. We were a 15 minute walk from the Metro so we were able to travel downtown for museums, etc. Miguel made sure to communicate with us about his dogs and it was exactly as presented. You could hear them moving about upstairs during the day but not an issue for us. Everything was quiet during the time that they committed to. We had a great nights sleep both nights. The bed was firm. I loved that part. My wife prefers the bed softer but we both slept well so not a problem in the end. Everything was clean with snacks provided. We will definitely stay here again when visiting in the future.

Was just the quiet, relaxing break we needed. Host was very helpful and friendly and we felt right at home. House was well stocked and comfortable. Excellent outdoor space on the water for that early cup of coffee , some kayaking, or s’mores around the fire pit.

Great place to stay. The townhouse is centrally located. Walking trains nearby. Easy access to major highways and small local shops and restaurants.

Ryam is a very responsive host. The apartment was as described and he was very flexible with the check-in which helped us greatly. The apartment was close to the downtown and all of the Frederick amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all.

Great place to stay! Good location, more spacious than expected, comfortable beds and nice pillows. The fire-pit was very private and cozy. Host was communicative and helpful.

Had a great stay and felt at piece in this quite at peace in this surprisingly quiet neighborhood definitely recommend Tom as a host and this lovely gem of an apartment.
