Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Gainesville

This was a perfect space for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone. Large table we can all eat at, Foosball, pool, ping pong table, swimming pool with large deck, huge space for football game. This was everything we all needed. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you will need to cook with. Enough towels for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay and the property was beautiful! Kind and friendly host.

Great location right beside the Haile Farmer’s market which was fun to explore on Saturday morning. Playground across the parking convenient if you have young kids! Good location within 5-15min of major grocery stores, Target, Trader Joes and many restaurants. Would recommend those looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting the area.

We enjoyed feeding the animals. We brought apples and carrots for them. The baby goats are adorable, and Highland cows and donkeys and ponies! We rented a slip for our bass boat at Sportsmans Cove nearby. The fishing was not very good maybe due to time of year, but we caught a few small bass. The hydrilla is thick throughout Orange Lake. The Airbnb had a comfortable bed. We requested an additional portable heater because the one heater wasn't enough for both rooms, and it was immediately provided. . The induction stove has only one burner, but there is also a crock pot and an air fryer and outdoor grill. As other reviews stated, the dogs do bark in the mornings at times, and roosters crow very early. We used ear plugs at night which helped us to sleep. Don't miss the huge old Live Oak in their front yard that's hundreds of years old!

Wonderful house and warm friendly owner. The neighborhood was beautiful and serene, a perfect place to walk our dog. All in all, a first class accomodation.

Needed somewhere to stay for the night while working in Gainesville. Saw this clean spacious town home. It was perfect for my son and I . The bedrooms are upstairs and not next to each other but acroos from each other , giving guests complete privacy. Highly recommend Yennis place to anyone wanting a quiet peaceful night sleep. 10 ⭐️.

For my first AirBnb it was everything it said it was going to be and more. A beautiful home. Clear and precise instructions. Communication was on point. It was near Walmart, many stores, gas stations, and very easy highway access....I definitely enjoyed my stay and want to thank My Host for making my first experience an enjoyable.

Brittany's place was everything I wanted to end and start the year!!! Everything was perfect there...had an amazing time and the view was beautiful My dog loved it!!! We had everything we needed Such a peaceful neighborhood The surroundings were so nice to drive around Hope I can come back soon!

I rented the house (for a 3 week stay/in town for work) specifically because it had a pool and hot tub. The hot tub was great, the pool not so much. I reached out to the host asking when the pool was going to be cleaned (it was filthy) and he told me it only gets cleaned once a month. I chose to not get in because the bottom of the pool and walls were covered in green nastiness. Had I known the pool only gets service once a month, I would have chosen another place to stay.

Aidy’s place was exactly what we needed. It was very spacious with all the bedrooms we needed. Aidy was very quick to give help and instructions. We enjoyed our stay!!

Kathleen's home was wonderful. It was like staying at your fancy best friend's house who trusts you with all of her very cool, expensive gadgets. The pictures really do not do the home justice. She left treats for the humans and an Easter basket for the doggos. Very comfortable home and the CLEANEST AirBNB I have ever stayed in. Wonderful backyard area with plenty of comfortable seating and outside activities. I highly recommend Kathleen's home for your visit to Gainesville.

Cathleen’s place was wonderful! Such a quaint and peaceful getaway suitable for all ages. House was actually bigger than we were expecting with a giant back yard/lake beachfront for activities. We can’t wait to go back

Great location and house, very close to grocery store and UF campus. The house is very clean and updated appliances. Bedrooms were clean and beds very comfortable. The backyard was great, lots of space for my dogs to run around. Very peaceful for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. The host communicated throughout and was very responsive. Highly recommend!

This is my second time staying with Niladri within the last year. It was as beautiful, clean, and comfortable as before. We last came in the fall previously and it was chilly, this time warmer and we had to utilize the AC units to sleep at night - kept us plenty cool and comfortable at nights We enjoyed cooking over the campfires, love the outdoor shower, and got to wear our pups out. We visited some new to us local springs and enjoy how close it is to access them but also enjoy the privacy of this place. We rented all three studio cabins for a birthday celebration and it was fun to have the whole area to ourselves this visit. She is a responsive, friendly and communicative host. We look forward to visiting again, thank you for another wonderful weekend!

Great as always. We've stayed at Dave's place multiple times. I don't think we could stay anywhere else for our trip to Gainesville. He's the best.

5 Stars - Exceptional Host! I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs, but Lisa was by far the best host I’ve ever had. She was incredibly communicative and responsive, which was especially important during our stay. The place was perfect for our needs—very clean and well-maintained. What stood out most was how thoughtful and accommodating Lisa was. My wife was scheduled to be induced at the hospital nearby, but when our plans were unexpectedly delayed, Lisa went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a place to stay. She was so understanding and made everything stress-free for us. As a sweet gesture, she even got my little one a new toy and something special for our newborn daughter. That level of kindness was deeply appreciated. I highly recommend any Airbnb managed by Lisa. She made our experience memorable and stress-free, and I’ll definitely return if I ever need a place again.

The house was perfect for our stay in Gainsvillle with our dogs. Yard was fenced and house was cozy.

Our second visit did not disappoint. Saw lots of deer, fish, a few small gators. Enjoyed the games at the house on a rainy day. Michelle and Jeff helped shuttle kayaks and our group up river and saved us money on renting a service. Everything at the house was comfortable and our family had a great time.

We were there for the winter so we basically moved in. We felt right at home and Jarred and Lisa got right back to us with answers to our questions or help with whatever we needed. There is plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and a nice big fenced in backyard. The house is located very close to UF campus so if your goal is to see a Gators game you couldn’t be in a better spot. I went to Gainesville Health and Fitness daily and although it’s 15 or so minutes away, it was an easy drive and convenient. We also needed easy access to the Gainesville Airport and it was perfect being only a couple miles away. There are plenty of local gems to visit like the UF bay houses, Devils Millhopper and La Chua Trail to name a few. Thanks Jarred and Lisa for being attentive and gracious hosts. we had a great time! the river was peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the covered porch. It was close to the spring and very private! will come back again!

We were traveling moving to Florida and stopped and stayed at this beautiful home. It was very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. We brought our pups with us and they loved the big fenced in backyard to run around in. Also another awesome thing was the poop bag station they had in the back yard for the dogs. Me and my family truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this home!!

This place was everything we needed and more. The child games were a huge plus! Such a cozy family place and very close to Swan Camp. We are so thankful!
