Absolutely LOVED this place.. the pictures do NOT do it justice. I am a neat freak, and the place is immaculate. We could have stayed for days- it felt like a home away from home. Location was fantastic, close enough to access everything, but tucked away where you aren't on top of the college chaos and crowds. The place has so many nice details- including the cutest stocked coffee bar!! The beds were SO comfortable and overall it is so spacious. Will definitely keep this in our favorites for future bookings.

We had another great stay at Dave's place. This is our 3rd or 4th stay. We're super glad at how accommodating Dave is and his houses are perfect for our group. Would definitely stay again

Katie was very nice and responsive. Additionally, it was very a very convenient location from UF which was great even during graduation season. Very clean and private place. I enjoyed my stay.

We love Jennifer’s place - feels like home. She hasn’t missed a thing when it comes to comfort. Kitchen is well-stocked, so is the bathroom. There are even floor fans which we love for air circulation and white noise when we sleep. Peaceful neighborhood and so convenient. We will be back!

We loved staying here. It was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the beautiful back yard and that they allowed dogs. The back yard was fully fenced and great for our small dog. The area was safe and walkable. Nice fully equipted kitchen. Very clean place. Lots of room for our family of four and our dog. Near to many of the activies we planned like zip lines, horseback riding, swimming in natural springs, historical places and parks. Short 20 min ride to Gainsville for even more to do! We would love to stay here again!

The house was exactly as described. It was clean and organized, and had everything we could’ve needed for a wonderful stay. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked. The bathroom was clean and plenty of extra linens. The shower was great, including nice, hot water, and great water pressure ! Although we had no children with us, there were several amenities catering to the younger audience. I highly recommend this homefor any age group. Responsive host to any questions I had(which wasn’t many.) We were visiting for my daughters graduation from the University of Florida. If I’m ever back in the area, I would definitely book again

We needed a place to stay for the football game and the farmhouse was the perfect spot! We always thought Alachua was too far but it only took 20 minutes to drive to campus. In fact, it took our daughter longer to drive to her Gainesville apartment with traffic then to drive back to the farm! The property is beautiful and so peaceful. The farm studio is perfect for 2 people — the decor is charming and we loved the coffee bar. Comfy bed and all the comforts of home! We felt safe and the bonus was giving treats to Ruthie’s horses! Will definitely use again.

Great, quiet air bnb near Gainesville proper with plenty of room and every amenity you could imagine. Beautiful master bathroom and lovely patio make this a really cozy stay.

Fantastic place to stay when visiting Gainesville. 15 minutes to campus and Archer-75. Wonderful condo that is maintained very well and clean. Susan is very responsive-I received immediate replies to my messages. The work desk with monitors off of BR2 is great for those who need to work. Safe and lots of parking. I give this property a solid 5 stars and will rent it again.

I am so glad I found this cottage! I was looking for a place for my husband to heal and recovery from his double lung transplant, yet be close enough to Shand's to go back almost daily for appointments. it is an easy, beautiful 20 minute drive. no traffic! I was looking for a country setting, peaceful, walkable, safe neighborhood, easy to get outside, easy to open windows to get some air, a place we could cook our own food and rest. Grocery stores are only 15 to 20 minutes away. Blu highway pizza is great! We went into Paynes Prairie Bolen's bluff trail and saw the Bison and Wild Horses and lots of deer, we went to boat ramps to sit by the water. The animals in the back made my day everyday! I loved giving them afternoon apples and carrots. This is a beautiful little historic neighborhood too. Everyone waves when I'm walking and if you ask, Laura will hold mail for you General Delivery! That is small town charm! This was perfect for us. Kevin and Lesley are gracious hosts! Thank you!

Perfect location. The home was exceptional for our needs. Open floor plan made it easy for wheel chair. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed to enjoy Thanksgiving. Would recommend this home for families etc.

Ed was a wonderful host, very accommodating. My dogs and I were very comfortable and felt safe and secure. Ed’s place was immaculate. It was obvious he had gone to great lengths to be sure everything was just perfect for our stay. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this rental.

So grateful that I was guided to switch from Chai to Shanti. This beautiful sacred home is surrounded in nature. It is such a wonderful safe space to just be. Very peaceful & private! Lounged in the field, explored the property and all that it had to offer. The house is so sweet and has everything you need, even a space heater when the temperature dropped during my visit. I also was received an amazing massage that our hosts recommended! Close to the TOU, found lots of farmer markets, vegan restaurants and a beautiful community! This is now a very special place in my heart and will be coming back often 💜 Beyond grateful 🙌

My best friend and I came to the Rose Cottage for a little girls weekend away. We had the most restful and enjoyable time in the homey little cottage. From the beautiful wooden door, alpacas wool curtains, fresh eggs from the chickens, and convenience of bringing our dog this stay was perfect for us. We loved being able to have a full movie marathon weekend, with alpaca petting breaks and easy walks around the mini fruit orchard.

We had such a nice stay at Colleen's place. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. It was super easy to find and was perfect for our needs.

Bob's place was quite nice and well kept. it is a more rural location but very close to down town services, and easy to hop onto the highway!
