Luis is a great host and always responded quickly to messages. Luis's apartment is very well located, close to the main points of the center of Aveiro. The apartment is cozy and well equipped. We met all our needs. I recommend it to everyone.

Maria's house is well-located, within walking distance (3 to 5 minutes' walk), you have access to cafes, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, a good pharmacy, and parks. The house itself is superb. From my 4-week stay at Maria's house, I woke up every day to lovely smell of the flowers / plants. The house is quiet and relaxing. University of Aveiro or Aveiro city center is a short Uber ride (4.20 euros to 4.60 euros); I stayed in Maria's house and commuting to University of Aveiro by Uber almost every day. It's a recommended housing option for PhD students / researchers from UA who are seeking mid-to-long term stay. Maria is a wonderful host, book your stay and you will find out why. I have a great home-away-home experience when staying at Maria's house.

Cristina is the sweetest host! She met us in person even though we arrived late at night. Her home is so welcoming and is beautifully furnished with a comfortable living room, expansive kitchen and comfortable beds. In front of the house is a lovely water view to watch the sunrise, and the private beach behind the house is perfect for watching the sunset. We loved this house so much that we kept adding more days and used it as a home base to visit: Porto, the Duoro Valley, Nazare, Aveiro, Coimbra & Tomar. This is one of our favorite Airbnbs ever!
