Monthly Rentals in Gafanha de Aquém

Maria7Filipa has a cosy, apartment equipped with modern appliances, a very good bed and a sofa bed, all in a secure building (such that you must turn the apartment door key four times around with a solid final half turn to open the apartment door, thanks to a four-bolt system in the door). The space is an interior apartment, so do not expect to have a view out onto the street as shown in the photo of the entrance, as the two windows in the apartment face the windows of other tenants. The location itself is ideal, a block from Central Canal and downtown, and is within walking distance of all major points of interest, from the old train station (30 min.) to the salt pans just past the highway bridge (15 min.). It is also close to many cafes and restaurants, the public library in Praça Republica, the bus stop, university, medi-centre, hospital, and a lovely stretch of parkway. A very nice place to stay while exploring Aveiro and area!

The apartment is beautiful. We were very comfortable and everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. Cleaning a 10. The location is not the most central, about a 10-minute drive to downtown and 15-20 to the beaches. But you can take a nice walk downtown, since the area is very nice and also has many places nearby to have a drink and to see as well. What should be changed are the pillows. They are very thin, they are not good as pillows, they are more like cushions. And it also lacks a kitchen towel to dry as well as some basics like a sample of shampoo.

My stay was long for more than 20 days, but very quiet and with excellent communication with Pedro. In the house even with few kitchen utensils, it was possible to cook.

House was wonderful and host was very responsive, helpful and accommodating.
