With eight adults, we found the home comfortable and inviting. The dock out back was a perfect place to relax.

Our extended family was in Martin for a UTM graduation and Warner's place was perfect. It is only a couple blocks from the quaint Martin downtown, with at least three wonderful restaurants and several shops. It is also very close to the campus. The home is spacious, comfortable, and very well decorated. The kitchen was perfect for preparing a large meal for our group. Warner has all the right cookware and serving items. We loved having access to three bedrooms and three bathrooms so that everyone in our group had their own space. We were there in the winter, but this would be an excellent place to stay during spring or summer as there is a large backyard without door tables and chairs. Highly recommend.

An amazing oasis for a family and extended family. I Hosted a week long family gathering and Thanksgiving and it was amazing. As a retired veteran, mom and grandmother i was more than happy with the home, location and Lake views. Everyone was happy and we made endless memories which is what mattered most to me. This is the third time we’ve stayed at this condo. Each time it’s well stocked, very clean, and Joyce has answered questions or met needs very quickly. We come for a family reunion yearly so we will definitely be back!

This farm house was the perfect spot to unwind. Beautiful, spacious, clean, and private with just about anything you could need at your finger tips! Marilyn was very responsive to my texts and very kind. I will most definitely be back!!
