It was a very beautiful place with a view, full of amenities, and a very good trip.

The parking lot was spacious and helpful. It was cold seasonally, but I was grateful for the consideration of the air conditioner, heater, and warm blanket under the bed.

We had a clean and comfortable stay! Parking was available, making it even more convenient, and it was close to Dazaifu, a tourist attraction! I'll use it again later. Thank you. :)

This lovely house definitely is my favorite bnb so far. Clean and quiet. It also have everything you need in the kitchen. My father has difficulty walking , the bathroom has non-slip mat and handrail. After walking around Fukuoka all day, it felt so nice for the whole family to relax and chat in the living room. Will be my no.1 choice if I have chance to go to FUKUOKA next time!!

The house is very large and comfortable, parking in front of the door, convenience store near the house, pharmacy, near Dazaifu, very convenient, yohei is very friendly and responded very quickly, family-style travel is very suitable for living here, suitable for self-driving travel!

It was my first time staying here, but I had a very pleasant time. Cats come to play on the terrace, so it's great! The wind was strong and the sound was a little annoying, but the bed was fluffy and I slept well. Most importantly, the host was kind and I had a peaceful stay. The residence is located near the West Rail Ijimiri Station, and transportation is very convenient. It takes about a few minutes to get to Tenjin.JR Sasabaru Station, which is further away, is only 7 minutes away, and it is also very fast and convenient to go to Hakata.There are also supermarkets and convenience stores near the residence, within walking distance, making it easy to buy daily necessities and food.There are also many restaurants nearby, and the food quality is very good.Toyo responded quickly and was very attentive, and the instructions were very clear, so I will continue to stay there the next time I travel to Fukuoka.

Sakura n Ken are Wonderful hosts , always responsive. The place is clean n spacious for 5 of us to spread around in the 5 days we were there. Comes with extra towels n amenities. Bed n Bedding are clean n comfortable. About 5 mins walk from direct subway line from airport. Convenient to food, shopping n public transportation. Would recommend the place n hosts anytime.

The place is really clean and all the amenities are there. The place is near a station so no problem to go around the city.

It was really comfortable like my home. The owner always responded quickly and kindly. There were issues with the water, but they handled it accurately and quickly. Bedding and bathrooms were also neat. It's also easy to get to major tourist attractions by subway. I recommend it 🙏🏻😊

It's close to Hakata Station or Canal City, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. There are 3 rooms and plenty of beds, so it's easy to stay.

It's a place I stayed at on a family trip It was very neat and nice. The location is also good, so it's good to go sightseeing.

It was a very clean and comfortable accommodation in a quiet neighborhood. It was convenient to walk to Hakata Station, and convenience stores are also close. It was very good for 1 child and 5 adults to stay without any inconvenience.

The apartment was as described and the stay very nice. The only downside was that the lockbox was a little hard to find. We needed help from the tenant about it.

8-month-old baby and 3 adults stayed at this property together. What you loved: - The building, interior facilities, and items were very clean and pleasant. - The security facilities were thorough. (You always need a key to enter from the first floor entrance) -It was nice that the hot water in the bathroom came out well, and the kitchen utensils were also very abundant. - We were with the baby, so we put a blanket on the floor and stayed. There were enough blankets and pillows for the baby to rest safely. (Dining table and chairs are removed to create space in the living room) -It was interesting to experience a Japanese-style home. The house is small, but it has a lot of storage space, it's clean, and the laundry dried well with the air conditioner/dryer function in the bathtub and toilet ceiling. Disappointment: -It's a little far from the city.(It's not far, about 10 minutes on foot to Hakata Station. However, it may be a little difficult when walking with a baby.) - The neighborhood is quiet, but there was a little noise when the subway passed. - There is often noise between floors, but it was very quiet during our stay, so I didn't feel any discomfort. In summary, I am very satisfied with my stay at the accommodation, and I especially recommend it if you are traveling with a baby.

I stayed here for a trip of 2 nights and 3 days for a total of 5 people in Fukuoka. The place was really tidy and the water pressure in the bathroom and toilet were very good. The host was also thoroughly prepared and I haven't seen a place as sensible as this. There was a review in another review that said the house would shake when a car passed by, but it wasn't a big concern. However, the unfortunate part is that it is a 10-minute walk to the subway station. (The bus stop is just in front of the house.) However, considering the price and the quality of the accommodation, this is the place to stay if I travel to Fukuoka next time. I highly recommend it.

The location is very good for sightseeing around Tenjin, and the accommodation is clean. Convenience stores, marts, shopping centers, and subways are close by, and there are many restaurants and bars, but it's located in an inner alley rather than downtown, so it's not noisy and has good security.🥰😍 Even the host is so kind
