The apartment is absolutely clean, has everything you need: towels, shampoo, gel, hair conditioner, laundry powder. Very convenient location: close to all kinds of restaurants, the sea, the station.

The apartment was well equipped and well located, just a 20-minute walk to Fukuoka Station. The toilets were clean and functioning, everything was in order. Highly recommended!

Even though it was a 5-person stay, it was not as narrow as other Japanese accommodations, and I had a comfortable stay. I intend to revisit next time

My family of four (we have kids ages 12 and 7) stayed for almost a week. It is across from a playground and around the corner is very good udon. Excellent yakitori is on the same street as udon. We have been eating at these places for years as grandma lives nearby. Communication was excellent and helpful, easy self checkout, room brand new and very clean. Americans please note that there is a washer but in Japan people don’t use dryers. The washer has a spin dry cycle without heat. A hanging rack with clips is provided but there isn’t a place to hang it unless you hang it on the hinge of the bathroom door, which worked. A laundromat is one street over if needed though. This is a 10-15 minute walk to the eki train station with amazing dining and so much fun shopping and beautiful gifts to take home. The convenience store is close for coffee. And hot coffee in the lobby vending machine isn’t bad!

It's clean. It didn't smell, the temperature was good, and there was a small porch, so it was good to open the door and ventilate it. The noise blockage was good, so it was less burdensome when turning on the washing machine in the evening. The bathroom was small, but the bathroom drying function was useful. The bed was so fluffy that I slept well. If you leave the towels in front of the door in the morning, they brought them back, and they provided all the indoor shoes, toothbrush, comb, razor, etc., so there was no inconvenience. Canal City was walking around, and I used the bus to Tenjin Station and Hakata Station, but there was a lot of luggage, so I took three taxis from Hakata Station. It came out at 760-780. There are Seven, Lawson, and Family Mart nearby, and you can walk around the plain *. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby. I think I'll visit again next time I come to Fukuoka. And the staff is very, very friendly!
