Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Fruitville

We needed a place during our time of relocating and needed it fast. Since this time of the year is hard to find places, we were pleasantly surprised it was available. We had been staying in two bedrooms condos so to find a three bedroom upstairs was a huge win!! Our kids called it a tree house because it was above the canopy of trees when you looked outside. Owner was very nice and was very helpful with any requests we had. Good find! Recommend for sure.

At the age of 43 I finally faced my greatest fear and flew to Siesta Key. Anna & Thomas made our experience even more amazing with beautiful accommodations, local recommendations, and clear communication. Thank you for the memories we will have for a lifetime!

Sandra was a great hostess. Very communicative and very helpful. We worked the entire time we were there so didn't get to the club - pool - jacuzzi. But the house was perfect.

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

Great location and very comfortable house! A short 10 min drive to the pristine Anna Marie Island beaches and restaurants. Easy access to Sarasota SRQ Airport and not a bad drive up to St. Petersburg. Our young family had a great stay in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We felt very comfortable and safe in the neighborhood. The house had a great central air system that kept the temperature comfortable and a TV loaded with streaming apps. The extra room/office was a great flex space for storage or lounging. Highly recommend!

Very easy to find the house with no problems checking in. The house was very spacious, bright and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was open and roomy, the only thing I would like to have more of was plates, a larger variety of silverware and utensils to cook with. The backyard was nice and opened with lots of space to let your kids run off some energy. The pool was nice and the lania had great area to sit snd relax at the end of the day. The bathrooms and bedrooms were stocked very well with the extras of toilet paper and towels. It is a beautiful house and I would highly recommend staying with Carolina. She responded quickly to any questions we had and very close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

This condo was nice for a central location. We went to downtown Bradenton to the Bishop Museum, to Anna Maria Island and to Palmetto. The kitchen had all the basics and the freezer has an ice machine which was nice. We utilized the beach towels only but they also provide beach chairs and some pool noodles. There was some siren noise from the main streets near by, but nothing awful. Lots of closet space, great to have a washer and dryer and the guest bath has been nicely redone. We would stay here again.

Amazing location, close to everything. Wonderful pool, beach and right next to the trolley spot. Didn’t use the tennis or pickleball courts at all but looked popular too! The place itself had everything we needed, plenty of games provided and newer furniture in the bedrooms, would say the grill below was charcoal, so prepare accordingly.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Exactly as Yvette describes. Location is awesome. Very easy to get to beaches, shopping, awesome restaurants. Walk to grocery store, Applebees, gym, drug store, ect.

Ulrike's apartment was perfect for two couples. It was very clean and well maintained. The high quality furnishings were comfortable and met out needs. The view was outstanding! Parking under the first floor was a big plus, with an elevator to our floor. We felt safe and had privacy.

Joe’s beach home is perfect! Has all the amenities of home! Fully functional kitchen. Wasn’t lacking anything. The condo itself was very clean and the complex was as well! We felt very safe and at home. The pool is right outside the door and down the steps. The beach is just a few steps away. Joe provides plenty of beach chairs, a beach umbrella and boogie boards etc. He is also very responsive to any questions we had. Could not have picked a better place for our first trip to AMI. Thanks Joe for allowing us to stay in your vacation home!!

Our stay at Amir's place was absolutely fantastic. The location was unbeatable, just a few steps away from the beach with no need to worry about driving or parking. The central location made it easy to access any part of the island within minutes. The property was well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a delightful vacation. We are already eagerly anticipating our next trip to AMI.
