Great stay. Accommodating.

Overall the place was very nice, it was a bit pricey but cheaper than a hotel. The amount of space and sleeping accommodation were the best part of the house. Would have loved to use the pool but the water was way too cold, would have been nice to be heated. Appreciated tremendously that we were allowed to check in super early to get the opportunity to get ready for my daughters rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Host was so accommodating and super nice. Probably the only negative things I can say is that we spotted a few roaches and there was not enough toilet paper to accommodate 11 guest which is what we had. But overall I would love to stay again.

Monica was very responsive when we had an issue with one of the bathrooms and got it promptly fixed! We have stayed at this house previously and love the location and amenities. We will be back!

This house is a great choice. Great location , clean . Lovely pool , we had a great visit !

My family and I have a wonderful time at this place. All updated appliances, very clean, everything was just as we expected if not better! If I had a question she would reply in minutes! I would recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. I hope she has an opening for when we come back in a couple months, beautiful place!

This place was absolutely fantastic... I would definitely stay again. The hosts were very responsive when needed... Amazing place to stay and enjoy... we had a family of 9 and still had more then enough room. Place was very very nice!!!!

Tetyana’s place was very clean, welcoming, and felt like home away from home. It was conveniently located near Disney and easy to access. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The master bath was a great way to unwind and relax after walking over 10,000 steps at the Disney parks. We LOVED the jacuzzi/pool combo and how secluded it was. Very quiet neighborhood, responsive host, and easy check-in. We’ll be back. :)

we stayed here for 17 nights and what a beautiful place and stay. We were 3 couples and the house was so spacious and comfortable for us all. We especially loved the beautiful pool (we had it heated and was well worth it as so warm), hot tub and spacious deck area. The furnishing in the living areas is so comfortable and there is plenty of it. We also enjoyed the pool table and games table in the garage. A major highlight for me was the neighbourhood alligator, Clarence, who frequently showed up on the lake behind us. He was well behaved and just watched from the lake edge 🙂 What a blessing to watch him safely from the screened in area but to be able to be so close, such an amazing creature. Just remember however to never feed the gators as it can be a death penalty for them 😥. And keep your distance as they are wild animals. We loved this place and would return again in the future if in that area.

Hello, Me and my family, came to visit Florida for a family gathering. I was pleased with the house I rented from Franka. The house was family friendly spacious and very clean. The host was very polite, responsive to any concerns I had. I really enjoyed the game room it has over 60 games of pure fun. Close to the store for all your shopping needs. Also the house came with more than enough space so everyone had there own space. I am in a wheelchair and I was able to move around the house and wasn't restricted on where I could go. The pool lift was a plus . I will definitely going back to stay there if you're looking for a wheelchair accessible home I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks again

This cozy and modern place is very quiet very clean was just perfect and exactly like the pictures we came to spend Xmas away from our home to spend it in a very quiet place and that’s exactly what we got . Thank you so much for having us all the way from the Virgin Islands .

Horace’s place was exceptional both inside and outside! Unfortunately I cannot say the same for all the similar places in this neighbor hood. But since I did not have access to the association bylaws, I cannot make a good judgement that is required of all places. Whatever the requirements, Horace exceeded them. I have stayed in many Holiday Inns in my lifetime. His attention to details and cleanliness is exceptional if compared to the HOLIDAY INN’S. If I return to Winter Haven in the future. I definitely want to stay at this place!

We had an amazing time at the house everything was perfect !!! We had our pool heated last minute and it was perfect ! The grill was clean , property security was perfect and very informative as well ! The rooms were beautiful & we absolutely can not wait to rebook for next spring break our group of 10 felt happy , safe & very well rested ! The neighborhood was nice , quiet and very clean ! Can’t wait to do it again !!! This place deserves more then 5 stars ❤️

This was one of the most enjoyable AirB&Bs I have ever stayed at. It is a great place to come and relax after a long days work, or a great spot to just get away from everything. Everything you could possible need is there for you. We took advantage of the bbq grill and sitting on the dock in the evenings.

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. The home was just like the pictures and described accurately. The pool is larger than some of the other places we have stayed and we appreciated the many seating options in the pool area. This house is great for larger families and groups. The host was very fast to respond and always friendly. You can tell he truly cares about making your stay the best it can be. I would definitely book this house again.

This place was perfect and tranquil. We were in town for a wedding at the Adam Estate, which was 6 min away and easy commute. Linda was super responsive.

Clean, calm and quiet place. It was ideal for my 6-year-old autistic son and my 2-year-old baby. We also really liked the pool area.

Excellent property. So many amenities. Toilet paper, hand soap and….shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Well supplied kitchen and a nice hair dryer in master bath. Walk in shower and beautiful pool. Also there are now 2 small charcoal grills in the garage at the time of this writing. Very lovely place and I would go back in a heartbeat. Publix, papa John’s pizza and Chinese nearby. Other shopping not far away. Cardinals sing nearby and a couple of very cute geckos that keep their distance. Hosts are excellent!! The house is very spacious. Nice dining room and living room. Kitchen as I said well supplied and roomy. 2 bedrooms and bath at opposite of master bedroom Pool not heated but did not need to be. It was plenty warm.
