We loved having our intimate family Christmas at Allen House. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, felt homey and everything we needed was there. We definitely woukd book the house again and tell everyone about it too.

This home was the perfect little weekend getaway! It was much bigger than the outside would have led us to believe, and more than comfortably fit the four of us. The home was well furnished, extremely clean, and well worth the price. Roy was also responsive when we had questions, which was much appreciated. We would gladly stay here again!

Linton Lodge exceeded our expectations. Peaceful. Quiet. Homey. My wife and I not only enjoyed the solitude, but were also able to experience nature. The Lodge's groomed yard, paths, and trails provided us the opportunity to observe the high level of bird activity and see several deer! The Lodge's deck provided a perfect view of the stars and moon without the light pollution of the city. Our host Susan played her role perfectly! The house was immaculately clean, properly stocked, and ready for occupancy when we arrived. Susan helped guide us with local arrangements and provided courtesies beyond Airbnb norms. As much as we enjoyed the Lodge during our early December visit, we hope to return during the spring and autumn to sample "nature at its best" during those seasons.

This host was so very responsive and kind. The home is gorgeous. Fenced yard perfect, and tripple garage for winter was heaven!!

If you look at my history you will see I have stayed at John’s home many times and they are extended stays. John continues to improve the property. It is a beautiful fishing/hunting cottage in my favorite town. John is a great host.

Very comfortable stay - our large family group had plenty of room to spread out. The suites were perfect for our adult children and their young ones. The setting was quiet and peaceful. Access to the garage for loading & unloading the vehicles was very handy. Very convenient to the Little Brown Church - the Sunday service was great!
