This was our first AirBnB experience. The home was amazing! And absolutely fantastic host with very friendly and responsive communication. Wonderful house, beautiful views and luxurious amenities! Would definitely stay here again!! Superior all around!!!

We stayed at this beautiful home over Easter weekend. The weather didn’t cooperate but we enjoyed having Easter dinner with our family while visiting our son at Wartburg. The home was cozy and spacious for having dinner, playing cards and making lots of memories. We look forward to staying again.

This place was perfect for our long weekend to visit our son at Wartburg College. The atmosphere was beautiful, convenient and exactly as described. Timothy is a fabulous host, extremly accomidating and responded to anything we needed very quickly.

Beautiful house with tons of room for all. The garage was awesome with tons of tables, chairs and a heater. It was a great place to play games after others went to bed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need (high end table service and dishes).The bedrooms were amazing with plenty of pillows and blankets. The lighted vanity space was an added bonus. The basement was fun to play pool and hang out to watch the game. The 2nd full fridge was great. Tons of space for all to be in different areas of the house. Wonderfully decorated with plenty of extras in case you forgot anything. The best stocked house I've stayed. Plenty of parking available.

Had a beautiful stay for our anniversary. Serene, private, a beautiful hike in the woods and loved the animals. Loved Our greeting upon arrival.

What a fun place to stay! The Barn was beautiful, spacious, and unique. The location was easy to find and exceptionally close to Wartburg College, where we were attending events, while still having a country, quiet feel. Everything was as described.

This was a super cute and spacious little apartment! Waverly is a small town and the apartment was right off the main highway, next to a Dollar Tree and Kwik Star, so we could walk if we needed anything. Walmart is also within walking distance, or a very short drive. The building was very peaceful and quiet and smelled new. We loved the amenities, especially the equipped kitchen, laundry, and two beautiful bathrooms. They really paid attention to detail and supplied pretty much everything someone would need for a comfortable stay. Jessica provided very clear instructions to get in and was quick to answer questions. We stayed for the week and felt like it had better amenities and comfort at a better price than if we had gotten a hotel. We’d definitely return!
