Vacation rentals with a patio in Fredericksburg

The quiet and the view were great. Apt. very clean. Kitchen has everything for cooking, but choice of food spots two staircases down the street. Malls, shops, grocery store, ice rink. Apt. I find the mark up booking a renting is too expensive for me -- so whether I got my money's worth or not is not really related to alex's place. But for a good get away this was a clean quiet place with a responsive and conscientious host.

Had such a great stay. The place was easy to find. Had clear check-in instructions. Everything was very neat and clean. The place is very comfortable. Very smartly laid out, which makes the place seem very spacious. The location is great and everything is easy to get to. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. I would recommend this place in an instant.

The place was clean, and spacious. The view was beautiful from the couch. They had everything you needed to cook a meal (utensils, pots, spices). The coffee nook was cute. The couch had a beautiful view. Amy was responsive to any text message. Highly recommend. I had my three adult daughters with me for the trip to Washington DC. One graduated from GW university in nursing.

I highly recommend this location. Top quality (the apartment, the building, and the surrounding neighborhood). The location was in walking distance to numerous amenities, and the parking garage is a huge asset. If I weren't moving to Alexandria, I would stay in this location again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb over Thanksgiving, and it was a truly delightful experience! While the property is about 8-10 minutes off the main highway, the peaceful and serene surroundings made it worth it—exactly the escape we needed. The house was immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook our holiday meal, the bathroom and bedding were spotless, and everything felt so comfortable. The thoughtful welcome basket filled with snacks and the fridge stocked with water were such kind touches, showing how much care the host puts into making her guests feel at home. Communication was exceptional. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, answering any questions quickly. By the end of our stay, the property truly felt like home—warm, inviting, and cozy. She even made the effort to meet us as we were leaving, adding a heartfelt touch to our experience. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Tyler was accommodating with our early check in request as we were in town for a funeral at Arlington National cemetery. Proximity to metro,restaurants and cemetery was perfect. House was great for our two families and gave us a place where we could gather and visit. It’s very comfortable and well appointed!

I was so lucky to find this house and this lovely neighborhood! I love DC and will definitely look for this home’s availability every time I come back. The home was clean and had the most amazing amenities. The beds were comfortable and my entire party said they slept very well. The home is very close to a Metro station and Chinatown restaurants with a grocery store literally across the street. Sal was a great host!

The thought that went into the planning for this place is just uncanny. Every pot, pan, baking sheet you didn't think you needed all there. Makeup towel, to liquid laundry detergent, to spices, over all amazing. We were able to set up a teltelescope in the side yard as there is absolutely no light pollution and the star gazing is beyond amazing. All amenities were just as described and better. Nothing more is needed. We would love to come back in spring as this would be an amazing to have in perfect cool weather to not freeze our tushies off when outside at 1 a.m.

The property was GREAT! I was traveling with my mother whose a dialysis patient so always concerned with ease of access and cleanliness when I book a short term rental. I reached out to Jada prior to booking to inquire about accessibility and she was very responsive. I felt comfortable enough to book the home knowing my mother could easily get in/out of the home on exhausting dialysis days. Entry was exactly as she described when we got there! The home has so much charm! A pack of deer greeted us at the door upon arrival :-) I was also VERY impressed with the level of cleanliness of the home. I'm a huge germaphobe and neat freak...I felt relieved to know that my immunocompromised mother could be comfortable in Jada's property. She commented several times about how "at home" she felt. We have already decided that this will be our airbnb of choice when visiting DC family. I even took notes of some of Jada's touches to incorporate in my own beach rental :-) She's thought of everything!

Great stay at Roman’s place. Clean, just like the photos, comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Very quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanks to Rayna & her husband, this stay was nothing short of amazing! The pictures don’t do any justice for this place, it’s look 10x better in person and the Decor is to die for! It felt very at home, it was quiet/peaceful, all rooms were clean and well put together & They were very responsive, and accommodating! I give this listing a 12/10, would definitely recommend this penthouse if you’re traveling to Dc!

A really cute space with thoughtful details! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Loved the coffee maker, washing machine, filtered water, and comfy duvet. Shamim was super helpful and check in and check out were both a breeze. And you can't beat the area. I love Big Bear, The Red Hen, and the thai spot around the corner. Its also close to bus stops and a bike station! If you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs. When the tenants above are home you can really hear them and a lot of their activity. Most of the basement apartments in the area are like that, but I found that it was even more pronounced in this unit.

We loved staying there. It was great staying on Caroline Street. Very convenient. Parking was easy. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Jordan and Veronica sent clear instructions on how to enter. We will stay there again.

Staying at 743 Quebec Pl was an absolutely wonderful experience— was in town to catch up with friends and go to a conference and it was incredible! So close to a grocery store and the metro, very accessible. Sean was a wonderful and responsive host and the apartment was so lovely. If I’m ever in the area again, I will 100% be back!
