Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Fredericksburg

Very beautiful and peaceful. We were only there for the night but wish we could have stayed longer. Joe was great. Very proactive and responsive.

Overall a great stay. Home was very spacious with a lot of amenities. Easy to get to stores, highways and around the area. Lots of room in the driveway. Having a fenced back yard was a real treat for our dog. Loved having coffee in the enclosed porch in the morning. Lots of plates, cups and utensils. Jake was super to work with and would give 10 stars as a host. Easy to follow instructions to get in and access WiFi. Know before you go, kids bedroom doesn’t have a door so if you need privacy, you may want to hang a blanket. Main room doesn’t have access to a closet or dresser but both of the other rooms have California closets. These are just things to note; did not have any adverse effect on the enjoyment of the home. We loved it here!

David and his wife Natalie went above and beyond in preparation for our stay. We hosted our wedding on the property and David was eager to help make the days leading up to the wedding weekend go smoothly and stress-free. Both home are beautiful, the pool and hot tubs are fun and relaxing, and the property is peaceful and private. All of our guests enjoyed themselves at the wedding and their stay on the property.

This rental was a great place for our family to convene and excellent value. There were many extras like Le Crueset cookware— which was just what we needed to prepare thanksgiving dinner. Thanks Emma!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect set up for my friends and colleagues to be able to relax, work, eat, and enjoy the area around us. The location is great for being able to walk to/from the water. Jackie was very responsive and helpful!

Our hosts were very responsive with booking, instructions, and checking in and out. The personal touches made our stay even more welcoming. They also left a list of restaurant recommendations as well as suggested places in the area. The house was just as cute and cozy as the photos showed. We did not have any issues during our stay and Kevin and Kristen were awesome.

We had a wonderful time at Victor and Celia’s cabin. The house is beautiful and very well appointed. You can tell someone put a lot of thought into the interior design and furnishings. We especially liked curling up by the fire in the evening. Would love to come back!

Had such a great stay. The place was easy to find. Had clear check-in instructions. Everything was very neat and clean. The place is very comfortable. Very smartly laid out, which makes the place seem very spacious. The location is great and everything is easy to get to. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. We loved our stay! The host gave clear detailed driving directions on how to find it. She was easily to communicate with and answered our questions. The apartment (including bathroom) was very clean and nicely decorated. The thermostat was easy to control & responsive. The bed & mattress were comfy! The hot tub was clean & well maintained. Separate towels were provided for bath & hot tub. Shower had hot water and good water pressure. Overall lovely place and highly recommend!

Rommier than I expected! Very comfortable bed. John and his cohost Reina were very helpful. Easy walk up to H Street, which has the DC Streetcar. Kitchen is very well equipped.

A very comfortable space (even for 3 adult colleagues), well-equipped with a kitchen and laundry, in a lovely neighborhood. Hudson was a welcoming host, a responsive communicator, and respectful of our privacy. Enjoyed our stay!

This stay had a charming cottage feel. The neighborhood is really nice with a park for kids nearby. Everything was clean and the fold out bed was prepped for us in advance. The main bed was very comfy and the fold out bed was typical of a fold out bed and fine for little kids. we would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Rob was an amazing host—he gave us a great tour of the house, provided metro and bus passes, and even let us check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule. The apartment is spacious, clean, and located in a very safe area, so we felt comfortable coming back late at night. It also has excellent bus connectivity to DC, making it super convenient for sightseeing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Highly recommend!

What a great place for a stay in DC. So convenient. We walked to the capital. Great little coffee breakfast place around the corner. No problem for Uber drivers. Comfortable bed. Very quiet place. No problems at all.

Smirna’s place was lovely! It’s in a beautiful area and the unit itself is incredibly cozy. Smirna was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Only tricky thing that happened was we got locked out; but we figured it out with help. Overall, a really great and cozy spot to stay in.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place to be

Loved the interior! The location was very private and out of the way. We were particularly fond of the fire pit and the electric fireplace indoors.

We had a great time at Wildflower Lodge! The house is so beautiful and cozy, we just wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub a little more! Lots of great personal touches by the hosts as well.

Stayed overnight while traveling through the area with our dog. It was a nice cozy overnight stop and had everything we needed.

Best spot for our family reunion! Appreciated the open concept main level for our meals & the extra full size frig for sodas, water & ice cream. We were glad a grocery store was nearby. All bedrooms were spacious & comfortable for all. The extra-large master opening to the patio & with the fireplace was peaceful. Various board games & puzzles were fun, but the lower-level game room hit the ball out of the park! Thoroughly enjoyed the large firepit & ample seating; it was the perfect spot for sharing memories & laughs. Morning sunrises were spectacular! The enclosed patio on the dock was a welcome spot for a quiet nap. The lake was so inviting, several of us took a canoe ride. Glad there were a variety of sizes of life vests to keep our family safe. The sandy beach area thrilled our little one making all her sandcastles. There was so much love and enjoyment shared at this gorgeous setting! We are so thankful to our hosts for sharing their beautiful property. Planning to come again!

Matt’s place in Linden was perfect for our family trip. Loved the location on Apple Mountain, The Apple House Restaurant was super yummy and cozy by the fireplace, so close to the quaint towns of Front Royal and Middleburg. Also, we were able to enjoy the sites of DC without staying in the city. Loved it!!
