Beach Chic Retreat!

What a beautiful condo and Island. This is our first visit and it won’t be our last. Frank thought of everything to make our stay the best. Great location, very comfortable, well equipped and just super nice people in the area. We had so much rain but made the most of our time. Got out and explored. So much history and great local dining. We did get a little time at the beach and it was wonderful. Thank you Frank for everything.

An absolutely beautiful condo with breathtaking views! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the entire space is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait for the opportunity to return!

Amelia Island Paradise Rental!

This was a wonderful location and a great fully equipped and spotless home away from home. We were there for The Amelia car events and there was plenty of safe parking for those of us that obsess over things like this. This is a peaceful quiet area that is still within walking distance of the beach and several excellent restaurants. Thanks very much for a fantastic time.

Walk to Beach from Amelia Island Townhouse!

Perfect location! Host was very responsive. Only negative is it did not have a well stocked kitchen which proved to be a challenge when cooking thanksgiving dinner! Listing indicated there would at least be olive oil, salt, pepper, and there wasn’t any. Would rent again, but would be more prepared and bring basic kitchen supplies and utensils.

We have stayed in this area for Thanksgiving for the past 10 years. This was a new condo for us and we were thrilled. The location is fantastic… easy walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. I did have a few questions earlier on. The host was very responsive. It was very nice to have a private bathroom for each bedroom and the beds were comfortable in all three spaces. We would definitely rent here again.

The Waterfront "White House" - Near TPC Sawgrass

We had a family gathering the week of Christmas. The home is perfect for such an event . The hot tub is large enough for a group and when it was not working our host got a repair person there on Christmas Eve ! I have stayed in many airbnb’s that say oh well to their hot tub or pool not working. Michelle went above and beyond and it was very appreciated . Our family enjoyed coffee on the dock and the fly bys of pelicans and coastal birds as well as football on the big screen. It was a short drive to a very nice beach . There is a large screen in each bedroom and room. The historic home has an great feel to it with beautiful touches of original beveled glass and an awesome staircase. Everyone loved it and the kitchen was great for preparing our Christmas meals .Whole family was a yes for repeating this awesome Airbnb again .

We loved spending our annual girls weekend at Adams place. The unit is recently remodeled and cozy. The view from the balcony was amazing!! We had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

There are AirBnB hosts and then there are the really great hosts. Lucus is the latter -- a really great host. The house matched the description and the photos in the listing. A really nice house and it was spotless. And then all the extras -- coffee and condiments, refrigerator stocked with beverages, a lot of snacks. Bathroom amenities are exceptional. The beds were awesome (Serta adjustable) and the linens and bath towels are high quality. Every remote labeled to indicate what it controls. He has thought of everything. It was the perfect place for the family wedding we were attending. Lucus is an exceptional host! We will definitely rent from him again if we have the chance.

Felicidad was very responsive and is so sweet. My fiancé left a pair of his shoes & she was able to ship them to me immediately, literally just hours after we had checked out. We were also able to check in early which was a huge help for us. Thank you Felicidad!

Kimano’s place was a great stay for myself, my partner and our pups! I’ve stayed at many homes and this is the only one I can say is nicer than the photos portray! The master bedroom is home to the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in; and the home is in a quiet area at the end of a road surrounded by trees. It was well worth the cost to stay here, and if ever in the area, I will absolutely stay again.

This was our second stay at Deans place within the last 6 months. The home is located central enough to be able to get to everything with a short drive, but still kept secluded and private. Our pup enjoyed running and sunbathing the fenced yard. Early mornings with coffee are amazing as the sun is shining right onto the porch. This is definitely my go to Airbnb for staying at Amelia island.
