Monthly Rentals in Franklin Park

This was a great home for our long term stay. It was walking distance to the cute town of Sewickley and a little park. The deck and grill were awesome. Tina was gracious and a great host.

The apartment was cozy, the neighborhood quiet, and the location convenient. Teresa was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Nice Place, it is in a basement of a house so the front porch is part of the main house but not part of the place you stay. close to downtown and nice neighorhood

We can not thank Alexis enough for a great stay at the Ritter Ranch. The house was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a long stay. Alexis was always responsive to messages. The location was ideal - easy access to airport, downtown, shopping, restaurants etc... I have already recommended the Ritter Ranch to friends.
