We had a wonderful stay in Portovenere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the city, shops, and restaurants. It was the ideal base to explore the Cinque Terre and enjoy the peaceful charm of Portovenere. Our hosts were friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Helena for her warm help! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Natalia's apartment is strategically located for visiting the 5 lands and more. It is very close to the sea and is complete with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The reserved parking space should not be underestimated. Very convenient for getting around and accessible by public transport. Great experience. I'd go back.

Great location, great view and great welcome from Francesco and Mari. They took the time to explain everything to us and give us the explanations to facilitate our visit. The place was beautiful and very clean.

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

Very good communication with Francesco who is very attentive. The accommodation is in a perfect location for visiting Florence, Pisa, the Cinque Terre. It is also well-equipped. The bedding is of good quality.

Flawless apartment, close to the beach and amenities but in a quiet and peaceful area. Mariangela is always very helpful and attentive, even to our most obvious requests! There were three of us, two adults and a three-year-old child, and given the space in the house, you can think of staying even in four.

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Comfortable and convenient apartment for my parents as it has no stairs, is clean, tidy, and had everything. The warm welcome of Giacomo's parents made the stay start in the best way, they are fantastic people who take care of their guests in every way.

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4. There's nothing missing as the other reviews have already described. Frederica was always available and very helpful when questions came up in the first few days. We also enjoyed the large, beautiful garden and often met the two dogs, the cat and the three turtles there. The bikes are suitable for short distances within Marina. Many thanks also to Cristina, who was also always hospitable and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Very positive experience. Well organized and clean house, close to the sea but far from the noise of the center. I'd love to come back if I'm in the area. Only flaw: it may not be easy to find parking, despite being paid everywhere. We parked and didn't move the car again.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful, garden amazing and views even better than the photos. Gloria gave us a warm welcome and showed us everything we needed to know. A car is essential. The local restaurant owner was very friendly and we enjoyed a few meals there, very convenient, only 5 mins walk! The area is lovely, so much to explore. Thank you for letting us stay.

My sister and I were celebrating our 70 and 69 birthdays respectivelly and we decided to explore the beautiful area of Cinque Terre. Casa "La Caletta" had a breathtaking view that transformed in colors throughout the day. The surroundings are very private with birds singing as if in paradise. Maria Grazie was a wonderful, knowlegable and gracious host. Her father, Ricardo ensured that we had a comfortable experience with his expertise handywork and maintenance of the space. This was an experience of our lifetime enhanced by the arrival and stay of our other two sisters who surprised us on our birthdays. I was disappointed when I arrived in New York and did not have the dream-like view in the morning. Warning: wear comfortable walking shoes and do not bring a lot of luggage. Thank you, Maria and Ricardo for the unforgettable experience. We would return in a second!

Despite stormy days, we felt very comfortable in our vacation home. Sitting on the terrace and looking out to the sea was fantastic. The place is very cozy and has a great atmosphere. We will be happy to come back. Thanks for the nice week!

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Very well located accommodation in the city and to visit the five lands and Pisa too... Very clean apartment and comfortable bedding in the bedroom (sofa in the living room is not suitable for adults and teenagers because you smell a metal bar in the back) The parking space is very convenient and is a real plus in this area...supermarket next to the apartment it's great...small downside the street noise and the front door of the building...Also thoughtful to take shower gel, dishwasher and washing machine tablet because it's not available in the apartment...

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! This place was beyond our expectations. The location couldn’t have been more perfect in this little town by the sea. You are so close to everything. The place was exactly as described. It is small but very charming. The patio is where we spent most of our time overlooking the harbor…it is so peaceful and beautiful. Our host was so responsive to our every question and helpful with suggestions on activities and restaurants. Even helped us with certain hikes to take. You won’t be disappointed staying here. I hope to be able to come back someday soon.
