Family-friendly vacation rentals in Forte dei Marmi

Nice escape in rural Tuscany, cozy apartment on the edge of town. Walkable from the train station; groceries and a few restaurants are also easily accessible by foot. If you are looking for hiking then be sure to look into the Via del Volto Santo which passes through town and can take you through the hills to several towns in both directions.

Like last year, I stayed here with my friends for the lucca comics, a super choice due to the peacefulness of the area and the spaciousness of the house

I booked this house with 2 friends for Halloween and comics. Although maybe the chalet is more suitable for romantic couples, we had a great time, a beautiful and tidy house, a spectacular place that is kind and nice. Highly recommended, then there's the barbecue, which is no small thing:)

Our stay at Giacomo's was very nice. We were a group of 6 and had good space in and around the house. The kitchen had everything relevant, the beds are comfortable and the garden is mega large and beautiful. Giacomo and his parents are very nice people, we even received a cake which was very very tasty. Giacomo also gave us tips for the area and accommodated our needs. We thank Giacomo and his parents for the lovely stay!

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Thank you so much to Rossella and Roberto for a wonderful week! The apartment is very lovingly furnished. Everything is provided. There is a great balcony and a large fenced terrace. The view from the balcony is magnificent. Everything is very clean. Rossella gave us many tips and was always available and helpful and very friendly. Everything was perfect :-) We would love to come back again.

Without any doubt the most special Airbnb I have ever stayed at. My multigenerational family came here after a rough year and it was a tonic. It is not often in one’s life you have the opportunity to sit and look out at views like that hour after hour - the towns across the bay, the boats coming and going (including a submarine), the lights coming on in the evening… It is so much better than any words or photos could express. The swims were also outstanding. Brian was delightful and so helpful with recommendations. We will be back

We had a wonderful time at Zivile & Dante’s house! They were very thoughtful and kind hosts, making us feel right at home. Their creativity shined through every part of their home and property. We enjoyed a delicious vegan meal our first night as well as coffee and pastries in the morning (both for additional charge). The home is not in Camporgiano as we initially thought, but was just a quick 7 minute drive to it. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

Giacomo's home is a beautiful rustic renovated on the hill. The location is splendid. It's close to the city, even if it's in a quiet location. The house is beautiful, a typical renovated Tuscan farmhouse. We were very well received by the owners and they immediately made us feel "at home". The environment is super clean and equipped with everything we needed. The owners are extremely discreet but available if needed. Kitchen is well-equipped. The owners made us find plenty of seasonal fruit and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. We had a wonderful week. We just left...and can't wait to come back.

We really like the place! It is very convenient if you travel by car and you have dog. Apartment was super clean and had everything necessary. Bonus points - extremely comfortable mattress and pillows, you don’t get these often in airbnb. Internet quality was okayish from the laptop, but somehow very bad from our phones. Hosts are very nice! Plus Lucca is very interesting city to explore, true Tuscanian vibe, not so many tourists

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was a little piece of heaven. The home was everything we could hope for. We would absolutely return on another vacation and will highly recommend it to others. Our hosts were lovely and helpful and we are so grateful to them for sharing their home with us.

Loredana was an incredible host. There were 16 of us celebrating my birthday. She was super accommodating and kind. The villa is an oasis! It looks so much better in real life than in the photographs. We will be coming back! Thank you Loredana and Alessandro ☺️

Excellent service from Guido, very attentive to everything... the apartment is very nice and comfortable, and well located...

We stayed at Alessandra's house with 9 people of our family and dog, like last year in August. Everything worked perfectly this time and it was all the same as 2023. We immediately felt on vacation from the first minute and were able to relax very well during the week. The view from the terrace is simply fantastic, as well as sitting in the jacuzzi in the evening and enjoying the sunset. The highlight was the Panigacci-Experience (Tuscan doughflakes) that Alessandra organized for us in the house. Have a great night. Communication with Claudia was also quick and straightforward again. We can definitely recommend Alessandra's house again, also this year.

Isabella's AirBnB is really beautiful, the views a dream. We felt really comfortable here. Isabella and co. were accommodating, very friendly and helpful with all topics. Glad to come back!

We had a very nice vacation at Claudia's place. The house and pool are actually much nicer than the pictures show. There is enough space and the garden and pool are opaque. There is a dog who screams something in the evening, which has rather led to amusement with us. We will be happy to come back!

It is a really great apartment with super nice pool and fantastic views. We all felt very comfortable.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the Airbnb. Check in and check out were very straightforward and Eugenia was very helpful!

I will highly recommend the house and Vanessa. We were a group of bikers using the house as our base for long bike rides in the mountains. House breath of history, was clean and view is spectacular. Vanessa is a fantastic host, giving local advise for shopping and dining - and even ordered the taxi to get to the airport.

The perfect place to stay in Tuscany, beautiful home and gardens. We loved the views and the amazing swimming pool. The house had loads of character and was very homely and comfortable. Loved the location, not too far from Lucca and only 30 mins from Pisa airport. Andrea was a very friendly and helpful host too. Wonderful stay - thank you!

We loved the AirB&B, Raphael responded promptly to all our questions, and Laura, the manager was GREAT upon our arrival, and even when we contacted her, she was always VERY PLEASANT and genuinely helpful.
