Beachfront vacation rentals in Forte dei Marmi

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

Renovated apartment, just for 4 people, sea view from all the windows, location directly on the seafront, everything is perfect! We did not use anything but very comfortable washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, waffles, cookies and snacks in addition to fresh water. Friendly guest, available and always quick to respond, flexibility in check-in and check-out, nice to find people who welcome you with a smile (both mother and son). We will definitely be back.

We had a great time, beautiful balcony on the rocks, extremely relaxing. With the strength of taking the stairs, the house is perfect. Extremely equipped, nothing is missing, even the things you don't think you'll ever find: pads to make up, paper towels, etc., etc. Lola was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you so much for making a perfect weekend possible.

Short walk to a beach which was really convenient. Everything you needed to cook your own meals in the kitchen. Nice bonus to have the outdoor sitting area Great host!

The apartment was lovely, very spacious and well-maintained, renovated a few years ago. In general, all the furniture was very functional. It was really like staying at home, with all the comforts you need (even more when traveling with a 2-year-old). Private indoor parking is the icing on the cake, in an area where finding parking is often difficult. Sophia was very kind, both at check-in and during the stay. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed at the accommodation for 10 days. There was everything we needed. Margherita was always quick to respond to our questions. When asked if we could have a small table for breakfast outside, Margherita responded immediately and the table was there. That was great. The apartment has a great location, it is a lot within walking distance. The only thing to mention would be: the parking space is very tight for a big car,and the bed has a hard mattress which was not good for my partner with back problems. A really great stay! Can't say anything bad about it. Really quiet and cosy, tucked away from the road. The place is equipped with everything you need. There are also some bikes available to use which was really good! Would definitely stay here again!

We were two small families sharing the Villa Gamba part of Byron House. The house was perfect for sharing with friends or family. Very spacious and with many bathrooms. We really enjoyed the access to the river and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the garden as much as we would have liked to, because it was high summer and the heat and the mosquitoes was a bit too intense. However, I have to say that even with windows open all night (no AC) the mosquitoes surprisingly were no problem at all in the house. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and everything was very clean and inviting in this very authentic villa. The road is just outside the house, but it didn’t bother us. Several parking options. The communication with Janet is very easy and thorough. For example the garbage sorting is a bit intricate, but Janet’s guidance is very helpful. We also enjoyed the town and the local public pool. We spent a week at the house but were aching to stay longer. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Annalisa’s place. She was so welcoming from the moment we booked and couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay. The location is perfect for the town and to have direct access to the pool and beach was so special. I would 100% recommend staying here.

What a perfect base to explore Tuscany. The host and staff were responsive and helpful, the apartment is well equipped and exactly as pictured and the location is great. It was mostly quiet and not crowded, and having access to the private garden, our own beach cabana, adequate AC and the lovely pool made the July heat bearable. We visited Lucca, Pisa and Cinque Terre easily by train and it was always a pleasure to return to the much less busy Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore. We loved our time at Bagno Lelia.

Great stay for our group of friends. Ideally dimensioned for our group, with all amenities we needed to cook and spend nice evenings home. The house was clean and furnished with bed sheets and towels which was very convenient. We came in November, so unfortunately we didn’t enjoy the nice little garden and swimming pool. Located not far from the sea.

It was a quick but very pleasant stay. Great apartment on the beach , with sea view and large private terrace. Everything is central and within walking distance of the waterfront. Parking is available everywhere, but two blocks away in the back it is a bit cheaper. Next time we like to stay longer.

This lovely place had plenty of room for us and we loved the location. We were close to restaurants, the waterfront, and many attractions were either walkable or within a reasonable commute. Great, responsive host. Thank you so much!

Marco’s place is beautiful, the area is beautiful and so is the street. Recently renovated, everything is spotless and thoughtful. I could see and feel the attention to detail throughout. Marco and his son couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Met us at the piazza and helped with the our luggage and explained everything about the accommodation. Lovely bottle of wine on arrival, snacks and coffee. I would highly recommend. We loved it, Tellaro is stunning. Our own regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you so much we hope we will return.

We didn't catch a full sunny time, but Silvia and Tommaso's place was perfect for recharging and relaxing! We hiked, had a good meal, rested, played, had a great time! Thank you for the experience!

Apartment atypical, close to one of the few public beaches, quiet. We were a family with a 5 year old and a 1 year old baby: it goes by but it's still a small place. Clean accommodation, recent decor. Top terrace overlooking the mountains and sea views. Great host.

We had a very good holiday. Apartment 5 minutes walk from a beautiful, free sandy beach. It's not a seaside resort, but restaurants, bars, gelateria nearby. Secure parking space is a big plus. We made our visits from Carrara station (Cinque Terre, Pisa) and by car (Lucca, La Spezia,...). Thank you to our host for hosting us and listening during our stay.

Stopped in for a night on our way to Rome. The apartment had everything we needing.

The apartment was super nice, spacious and furnished to a high standard, with all amenities such as dishwasher, Nespresso machine, rain showers. The fact that each bedroom has a bathroom is downright luxurious. The location is sensational - 50 meters to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the private parking space. The holiday was great all around! Dario as a host was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating, always available for questions, very flexible (for example, we were able to get into the apartment earlier than actually planned). He made us feel welcome and appreciated - it couldn't get any better.

Matteo is a great host. He is available and attentive if needed. He looks for the best for the people he receives. The apartment is well located right next to the sea in a peaceful residence and close to lots of beautiful cities to visit. Wishlist for the city of Lucca❤️.
