The location is impeccable, with great access and very close to Beira Mar. The 24-hour concierge is a great point for those who need to check in at flexible times. About the place, there is a suggestion to pay more attention to the care and cleanliness of the bedroom closet and bathroom box, changing the mattress and pillows that are apparently not cool. Overall it was a great stay and I would come back other times :)

From the very beginning, the host is very well received by the host who has presented herself a lot of requests. The very clean and well organized place, well distributed and easily met my family's need for accommodation. Complete kitchen, cleaning utensils and even iron and ironing board, all very new and organized. Unfortunately the location has parties with loud sounds around the building, Saturday, Sunday and Monday were the ones with the highest volume of sound in the vicinity. Overall, I highly recommend it, is in front of Iracema beach with a great view of the entire waterfront.

It was wonderful these days that I was hosted, everything clean, very tasteful, comfortable, wonderful location. New apartment and furniture, smelly bed linen, very spacious bathroom; the view, ah the view is a separate scenario, too beautiful! Raquel is a sweetheart, always attentive, and even offered us flexibility at check-in, gave us several restaurant tips… Everything was perfect, I will definitely recommend it.

We love the time in the place of Luana! We stayed a little over a week and the cost of benefit is great! Location is the high point. We made everything on foot, from market, pharmacy, restaurants, to gym and beach. The internet signal is of excellent quality, I worked from home office for several days without any signal oscillation. It is a great differential to have the comfort of air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, since the days were very hot. Tidy apto, many utensils offered, from bed and bath linens to the super-equipped kitchen. Some old-fashioned furniture and utensils, perhaps a more frequent survey would be interesting to make sure that everything is in full operation. I would recommend the place of Luana and would come back for sure! We had all necessary support during the stay. Luana is great and very attentive always.

A quiet stay. The location is great, close to the supermarket, restaurants, ice cream shop, promenade for hiking/cycling, close to the fair. The apartment is very nice, well-equipped kitchen, good rooms, excellent air conditioning.

Excellent location very close to the beach with everything you need such as supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants nearby, not to mention that it is one block from the seaside market. The building staff is very helpful and always willing to help. Cozy apartment and makes you feel at home

Loved the location and how easy the check in was. The flat is well equipped and very suitable to the 4 of us. However, the leaking aircon made things inconvenient. Continuous dripping through the night was far from ideal.
