Casa otima. We are in 3 families. We hired an employee indicated by Alana and Oswaldo. Her name is Lili and she helped us mto. That was great. Very spacious house and otima to go with a child.

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

Carolina and Dona Vânia were always very kind and assisted us promptly at all times. We didn't meet in person, but it was like we did. The house is beautiful, great location (you can see the pool insanity..lol) the nearby beach is also a delight. There is a market in front that you can walk to, a pharmacy. It's in a quiet place. We had very happy days as a family. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

We loved staying at Aluízio's house! He was always helpful and very kind. The house is very good, very comfortable and great for relaxing with the family. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't miss any utensils. It was me and my three brothers with their respective families and we all enjoyed it very much. We hope to return in the future!

Wonderful lodging! We spent a quiet and fun weekend as a family. The house is very spacious and has a great leisure area. The hosts promptly answer the messages and were flexible at the check-in and check-out. The location is great as it is next to Beach Park and is quite safe. It has all the kitchen utensils. Only one electric fryer is missing, but as we were previously warned, we took ours. We don't use the barbecue, but if someone is going to use it, take grills because there's only one available. We received the house clean and tidy, with new bedding. It's a place that invites you to return. We are on our home list for a second and third stay.

House beautifully! It lives up to the listing! We look good ! My family super liked the house ! Next to the sea , wonderful beach! Felipe always proactive, Dona cris marvellous in the kitchen ! We'll be back for sure!

It is a nice, well-appointed and decorated house, with a small garden and a well-maintained pool by Jafet (taking care to make sure I didn't miss anything). Alexandre and Françoise are very available in case of problems and quickly find solutions. I had a WiFi issue when I arrived which was fixed in 15 minutes! The beach was really close and easy to get to with a few beach restaurants. I stayed there alone and felt perfectly safe! The only negative I find there is the mosquitoes very present on the ground floor in this season because the space is less well ventilated (even if everything is open). Upstairs, it was much better because it was very well ventilated! The special tropical mosquito repellent was still mandatory. The investment in air conditioning in the bedrooms could be beneficial for sleeping even better!

The space is in a very welcoming and safe condominium. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, markets and Beach Park. It is at the top of a dune, which makes it very ventilated immovable. The condominium has a very good pool and the housekeeper who takes care of the condominium is very helpful. The house is spacious, cozy, very clean and tidy, with everything needed for a great stay. Mr. Fernando and his wife were excellent hosts, surprised us with various treats, such as juice, cake, panrtone and even a bottle of bubbly for New Year's Eve. They always responded quickly when we had any questions. They personally welcomed us at the time of check-in and explained to us how the entire house works. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We spent the turn of the year there and it was wonderful, because from the condominium area we could see the fireworks display of several resorts that are in that area. I highly recommend Mr Fernando's place.

My family and I loved the days we spent at Jussara's house. Very good house, with everything we need, and it's on Beach Park Street. We were very well received by Márcia, who is very attentive and kind. Anyone who rents it won't regret it.

Yanka was very attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay, always very attentive to messages. The house was perfect for my event. The only bad point was the way to get to the house, the streets are very precarious we almost couldn't get there by car, and at night there is no lighting on the street. Apart from that external part, everything was perfect, air-conditioning, swimming pool, kitchen items, nothing was missing. I highly recommend it.
