Vacation rentals with beach access in Fortaleza

We stayed for 15 days, I found the location very good, very close to the market, to the pharmacy and the sea, inside the tbm building there is everything we need, Victor was always very attentive and solved the issues we need with agility. The apartment is beautiful, as we were in two couples, it turned out that our bags stayed in the living room for not having too much space in the bedroom, but everything went very well and we had a stay of very happy moments, I hope to come back soon!

My stay in Fortaleza was absolutely incredible! This place offers the perfect combination of comfort, practicality, and breathtaking views. The apartment is located in a building with excellent amenities, making the experience even more relaxing and convenient. Being right in front of the ocean was the highlight — waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the stunning view every day was unforgettable. The location is also ideal, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Fortaleza!

We thought it was perfect. The great apt, location too, we felt at home really, whole, we were in 4 people and it was too quiet. I definitely recommend and the next time I know which place to stay.

Very cozy accommodation I felt at home, furniture, bedding, bathing clothes and extremely clean and organized household utensils!!!! Essential products such as soap, shampoo, laundry soap, detergent, for the guest's arrival, all available!!!! Voltaria many times!!!

The place of Leuda and Kah is amazing. I will go a lot to work for Fortaleza and certainly will return more often. The balcony with views and sea breeze are delightful. Leuda and Kah are extremely kind and cordial. Great option to stay in Fortaleza.

Marlene was a great host! She was very kind, helpful and service minded, also when her guests (we) screwed things up. The apartment was very bright, with a balcony, two bathrooms and a washing machine. It was also very close to the beach. Recommended.

I stayed in space while attending an event at the Event Center and it was great. Great cost-benefit and flawless cleaning. Super recommend.

Very cozy house. Full of "details" typical of those who like and take great care of the house. I recommend it.

The space is in a very welcoming and safe condominium. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, markets and Beach Park. It is at the top of a dune, which makes it very ventilated immovable. The condominium has a very good pool and the housekeeper who takes care of the condominium is very helpful. The house is spacious, cozy, very clean and tidy, with everything needed for a great stay. Mr. Fernando and his wife were excellent hosts, surprised us with various treats, such as juice, cake, panrtone and even a bottle of bubbly for New Year's Eve. They always responded quickly when we had any questions. They personally welcomed us at the time of check-in and explained to us how the entire house works. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We spent the turn of the year there and it was wonderful, because from the condominium area we could see the fireworks display of several resorts that are in that area. I highly recommend Mr Fernando's place.

The site corresponded to the information and photos available. The care that Luciana had in every detail of the apartment was noticeable. All very clean, organized and practical to use. Privileged location and I access a number of services. The condominium has a good leisure infrastructure, a parking space in the garage, supermarket and restaurant, in addition to counting a very well organized security scheme. Luciana's service was always agile, kind and welcoming. I recommend this accommodation alternative.

The stay was perfect . The apartment was impeccable as the photos , clean and super organized. The hostess was super request and flexible in relation to the check-in time due to the time of our flight . Voltaria a thousand times .

great location, apartment with beautiful view of the fortress waterfront! the village met my family's expectations! i recommend the apartment! Raphael the room needs a shutter,as the hall sensor doesn't pay like that and plenty of light to sleep! in the kitchen if possible the cutlery at least one for each guest, it was missing! Some utensils like electric kettle and some bowls to put the ready food we love the stay,the location in sight! no doubt we will recommend! thank you

The perfect stay…. We walked to the Chico do Cangueijo… excellent beach club. Klayton and Luciana always answered our questions at the same minute. It was all amazing… Beach of the perfect future for bathing … finally super recommend 🤩
