I had good days in Mrs. Maria Leide's place. The building is very well located with many nearby facilities ( supermarket right next door, restaurant, cafeteria, laundry, barbershop , etc and close to the sea. There is a restaurant and cevejaria within the hotel itself. The space inside is like the space described. Scented bathing suits and bedding. Good bathroom with hot shower. Kitchen equipped and, although it used almost nothing, it was all clean and available. There was also the cleaning of the room made by an employee of the building. Quarter with closets , comfy bed and a connected air that cooled the environment well. During my stay there was also a passing iron at your disposal. The TV is in the living room and there are a large variety of channels available. mrs. Maria Leide was always courtesy of the messages with her exchanged. I recommend the space

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Fortaleza and highly recommend both the apartment and the neighborhood. Arriving at 6 am, we needed a place to stay very early and after booking the apartment the day before, we messaged the host. He ensured that we could check in as soon as we arrived in the city. Additionally, when we needed to extend our stay, the host efficiently arranged for us to remain in the same room. The host's communication was excellent, and he was highly responsive. The apartment itself was very good, with a stunning sea view in an area abundant with restaurants and activities. This only thing that affected our stay was the slow internet. We had to work during our time there and the internet made it challenging. We managed by using our phones as hotspots, but I would caution against choosing this place if reliable internet is crucial for your stay. Nevertheless, if your stay doesn't depend on internet quality, I would recommend it 100%.

Manoel, it was very helpful, always responded quickly. The place is wonderful, there is a lot of green everywhere, the beach is extremely close, but it has no kiosks, but it is charming. Regarding the apartment, the balcony is facing the pool, has beautiful places, kitchen is complete.

Perfect experience. At no time was the hosting a concern and we need to thank Cynthia immensely for the space and helpfulness. It was great to be able to count on all the comfort of the hotel. We had the kitchen, laundry, swimming pool and restaurant and everything was wonderful. The hotel is very well located, easy to reach the beach and with all the convenience we needed. Cíntia was a great host who took care of everything so that we had a wonderful experience and no major problems. I recommend this place to everyone who is passing through the area, whether for long or short periods, the hosting experience was the best possible. The condominium eh wonderful, good garage...the place beautiful eh and is nearby if you rent a car, beautiful MTS beach like Morro branco, bug rides, cliffs, grotto...Near the Beach park, near the ecological park for those with a child, I recommend. Outside q p Fortaleza center for those who want to see the new waterfront of Meireles , from about 25min... Rental car, eh life. I recommend the flat of Lea and we will definitely return, my family and I thank you. Lea, keep being careful with your flat and giving your guests the experience of always feeling at home... Very well located and organized place. Sonia very kind and friendly, allowed me to leave at 5 pm from the apartment on the day of checkout. The energy was charged, I spent five days and was around 82 reais. I recommend the site if you want to be close to several sights in Fortaleza.

The best place to stay in Fortaleza! The space is very organized, comfortable and clean. Ideal for couples. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, but the walk to the beach is not, so close it is. As a suggestion, I would put a table on the balcony. Wonderful! I highly recommend it! 🥰🙏🏻👏👏👏

Beautiful apartment, comfortable. Balcony overlooking Avenida. Streaming TVs, comfy bed, functional air conditioning, complimentary water. Nothing uncomfortable, just the water that is literally scorching, in the first bath I had light burns and the other baths had to take away. But for the cost-benefit it is worth it and I will come back if possible.

We loved the stay Marcus! we really felt at home, even my baby felt really good in your flat! Spacious, clean, easy access, place reserved, well-lit and also dark when we wanted to rest. All the facilities that Marcus offers in his flat was really thinking about the guests, coffee maker, clean sheets, towels, toaster and minibar, has really all essential that works for a quiet stay. Thank you very much for hosting Marcus, we intend to come back someday and without a doubt, we will be staying with you again. A hug!

I loved the stay! The site is not so far in the center of the village, but you can walk peacefully! The rooms are great, super clean and organized. The girls are educated and helpful. The common atmosphere of the lodging is also delicious! I recommend and would come back again!

very top,well tidy and very clean apartment, very quiet place and very close to the sea very good to go with children because there is a playground and plenty of space on the lawn for them.
