Beachfront vacation rentals in Fort Walton Beach

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

My husband and I took my sister and her kids to the beach for the weekend and we all had a good time. The public beach entrance was four blocks away and there were lots of places to eat and shop (like the outlet malls) three miles away. We cooked a lot at the house and we had everything we needed (including an electric grill). It was nice having 2 dedicated parking spots.

Johns place was just as described! He was very personal with his responses to multiple detailed questions I threw his way! He responded so quickly (less than 15 mins) to my communication which made decision to book his home a no brainer! Beach access was just as described and amazing to have a private pool in Florida to yourselves! He provided all the beach gear and pool accessories to make pool and beach visit a breeze! Thank you again John for your hospitality!

Brian was totally awesome. The house was fantastic. We enjoyed the heated pool and all the room that was inside smart TVs everywhere kitchen stocked with everything we needed to get started. You could hear the waves crashing on the shore at night. We love the 10 PM curfew is everything was nice and quiet and peaceful.

A great stay within minutes from the beach. We were so glad to find a place that was able to accommodate our pets. Home is very spacious with comfortable beds. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit to be able to do laundry as needed. Dina kept great communication and answered all our questions. We will be sure to stay here on our next visit to the area. :)

Beautiful area with great access to the beach and a pool. Perfect for multiple families! Well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook for our crew, and it was wonderful being so close to the beach.

Our family of 4 throughly enjoyed our stay at Ric’s beautiful beach house. My husband and 2 boys took advantage of the close walk to the sound to fish multiple days. Short walk to the gulf side of the beach. Swimming pool literally right out the back door. And THE best amenity all of…we were able to bring our fur babies! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home just a few minutes walk from beach! We loved the low key vibe of the neighborhood while still being close to Seaside and other areas. The house was clean and elegant and had everything we needed for the beach, cooking, etc., and the owner was very responsive to questions. We loved this house for our family beach week and will definitely book again!

Our stay at Shelly Sands was perfect! The condo was so cozy and beautifully decorated with a charming beach vibe that really set the mood for a relaxing getaway. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and it had all the essentials we needed to feel at home. The location was ideal, with the beach just a short walk away, and having the pool and hot tub so close was a huge plus. The kids absolutely loved the built-in bunk beds in the hallway—it was such a fun touch that made them feel like they had their own little space. Matthew was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and very thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed. The check-in process was easy, and his detailed instructions made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape. Such a beautiful place to vacation! The condo was perfect! There were 12 of us, and there was still so much space for everyone to spread out and enjoy! Being on the bayside was super cool - we fished on the dock and saw lots of cool ocean creatures.

My family and I came to Fort Walton for our daughter’s travel softball World Series. We had an amazing stay at Tim’s condo. It was SUPER clean. AMAZING view of the bay. With easy access to the beach as well. Tim suggested great places to eat that were amazing. There were plenty of restaurants and yummy ice cream within walking distance. Excellent location if you are wanting an easy drive to Destin as well. Checking in was super easy. The parking space available is right by the elevator and the room is first room off the elevator, so EXTREMELY convenient. Beds were comfortable and there were games in the entertainment center that we enjoyed playing. Kitchen and was fully equipped with everything we needed when we wanted to cook a meal. Beach chairs and towels were provided! Tim was quick to reply to all of the questions we had. We will come back with our boat bc there is a designated spot to dock at condo and minutes away from crab island. Zero complaints about our stay❤️

Mary and Greg were very accommodating and met all of our needs and concerns. Both are lovely people and I look forward to them hosting us again soon. Beautiful is an understatement for this home and it's location. Anyone that comes to this home will be pleased with their experience.

Nice place, close to all the things we wanted to do in Santa Rosa. The outside balcony is especially nice to see and hear the water.

We stayed with our three kids, 4 and under. The place was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay there again! I love how clean the apartment was and how everything is labeled. If your kids are rambunctious the space might be to small for you. Hands down best vacation so close to the beach and WOW what a shoreline. Thank you Didi and Glen!!!

The mermaid cottage is a quaint little house in a great location. It is located in walking distance to the beach and close to all the local restaurants and entertainment on the beach. It's got all the amenities that you would need outside the comfort of your own home! It's a great little getaway!

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

We had a great time! Nice area for walking our dogs. About a minute and a half walk to access the beautiful beach. Condo had everything we needed. Comfortable living room, patio, and bedroom. Soft bed linens. Quiet ceiling fans! Nice televisions. The kitchen had just about anything you might need to whip up a meal. There’s an electric tea kettle for my pour over coffee! Washer/dryer unit works very well! Spacious shower-very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this property and is quickly becoming our home away from home. We love how easy it is to get to the beach and the covered terrace for kids and adults to play and entertain when not at the beach. It is a quiet street and has a public beach access very close by for a beach bonfire, which we loved doing this time around. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the gadgets you may need. We can’t recommend it enough!

We absolutely loved our stay! my sister her boyfriend and myself stayed overnight and we couldn't stop raving about how adorable the place was. very clean and the shampoo and conditioner provided was one of my favorites! comfy beds and the table in the living room was big enough for multiple board games. Molly was very responsive and even called me to offer a later checkout 🤗. I couldn't recommend this enough and will definitely book again in the future! thank you Molly!!! 💗💗💗

Chanel's Airbnb was stunning! Looks exactly like photos and host was super responsive. The home was very cozy! I love the small detail of labeling the lights so you know what you're turning on. I would definitely stay at this place again. Absolutely stunning place
