Where do I start?! The place was great for my family and dogs. Hal has great communication and super helpful. Hal was going to the store one evening and actually offered to grab us something if we needed. He actually built a stand for the hot tub cover while we were there. Works great! The house has plenty of room. The shower outside was super helpful when we came back from the beach. Thanks Hal!

We had a fantastic time at Boyd’s and Eva’s place in Pensacola Beach, Florida, despite the rain. The house was beautiful, cozy, and had stunning views, making it the perfect setting for quality family time. We loved spending time together in the home and taking in the breathtaking views from the balcony.

Great location, the view from the home was comforting for me since I’m a senior and not wanting to go everywhere with my daughters. Home away from home with great amenities!

A top notch experience! We went for a family beach vacation and we were so happy that we chose this house! It has everything you need and super spacious for a big group, everyone felt comfortable and the cleanliness level was top as well. The best Airbnb house I have chosen so far. I would definitely be choosing them again when coming back to Destin. Thank you guys!

Great place and pools/hot tubs were a plus to relax at the end of each day. The golf cart was awesome to get around to/fr beach area. We’ll rent again when we are back in Destin or recommend to friends and family!

Great home. The golf carts are convenient. Only a few minutes drive to get to the beach access and there’s multiple public beach accesses within a 20 minute drive if you don’t want the Sandestin beach. If you’re going to do inflatables on the water, pay for Sandestin’s both more value and better inflatables than Crab islands offering. House was spacious. One room has no closet but has a large dresser. Master has a very large walk in closet. The loft space with two beds is great space for kids. House had everything we needed. There’s a closet to store your beach toys. The closet also holds any toys that have been left behind. Including a beach wagon. So great to have this for families. Pool is a short walk away. Large pantry to store all your food and snacks for the week. There’s a small back porch with seating for 3 and a grill. Looks over a water channel filled with lily pads and frogs. Would stay here again.

Tammy was an absolute delight to deal with. She was very responsive, friendly and informative. She definitely made us feel at home and provided us with some great information about the area. We had a few minor issues that were addressed immediately. The property was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed to make our 5 week stay very comfortable. The highlight for us was being close to restaurants and the downtown which allowed us to walk to several places. Not to mention, the view of the bay from the balcony is beautiful. We really loved seeing the colorful sunrises and the Pensacola Bay Bridge lit up at night. We would highly recommend!

My family absolutely loved the cottage! It was equipped with beach necessities which was appreciated. Very walkable to the beach and dining even with young children. The host communicated well from beginning to end! We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Short walk to beach and a bike ride to food and shops.

PERFECT LOCATION to Destin Beach! We loved our stay here. It was very clean, had all the amenities you would need and the host was SUPER responsive and communicative. It was also a PLUS that not only 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are ready for you at the beach, the villa also had a beach cart with several beach chairs, sand toys, towels, shovels. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place. Absolutely perfect for our small family get together. Everybody has their own rooms and bathroom. It was simply perfect!

The booking was exactly like what the photos presented. Great host and even greater experience. My party of 16 were all able to find home in the booking with plenty of bedding, kitchen space, and functional amenities. The host provided plenty of recommendations, tips, and weather reports! There was a storm brewing near the end of our stay and Jane kept my party up-to-speed.

Can say enough about the location! Amazing, quick walk to the beach, walkable restaurants, quick trip to grocery and shopping. Had a small issue with some gnats that the owner quickly responded to and quickly resolved. We would stay again!

Lovely beach house for two families! Our water tank went and communication with the property manager was so seamless and it was replaced quickly. The house had all the amenities needed for a baby and the beach! Close to so many restaurants. Quick walk to the beach. Loved the pool too!

Beautiful getaway - very peaceful location. Although we spent most of our time outside the house in the large yard the interior was very nice.

The location was perfect for our family vacation and the golf cart was a great plus to the home.Both the beach and village were only a short golf cart ride away. We enjoyed greeting the turtles in the mornings off the back patio and everything we needed for the beach was provided as well. The resort was clean quiet and full of activities. I highly reccomend Renatas place and we definatley will be back. Both the check in and check out procedure were convienant and easy. Just outside the resort all kinds of shopping dining and activities for all ages were easily accessible. This unit was very clean and well kept.
