Monthly Rentals in Fort Morgan

We loved Kiva Dunes. Easy beach access, great pool, sauna, & hot tub! The kids loved the basketball courts ! It was beautiful and peaceful.

We had a great time at Martha's place and enjoyed our stay. We rented a golf cart and had a great time driving around and using it to go to the beach. Beach chairs and toys were a big hit for us and used daily. It's off the beaten path, so very relaxing and quiet. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The only drawback was the biting gnats, but that is to be expected in that area!

I loved staying here! Perfect walking distance to the beach! The house was perfect we were very comfortable. It felt like I was at home! If I ever vacation here again I will definitely be coming back to this house!

Martha and her team were great hosts. There were a few hiccups as the house hadn't been used in a while but they were very apologetic & accommodating. When we asked if the fire pits were available to us and found out they were not, she had a fire pit and firewood delivered that night! So now, that's a new amenity! We loved the house layout & how comfortable the beds were. We also took advantage of the beach wagon, chairs & toys. The kids room is huge which was so nice! I do recommend bringing your own cleaning things like dish soap, shampoo trash bags, laundry detergent, & paper towels TP as there definitely wasn't enough for our full house for the length of our stay & amount of meals we prepared at the house. That being said, we definitely loved having all the pots/pans and appliances we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal & bake a cake for our bday boy! We sure hope to return and will gladly stay here again!
