The place is in a great location! The view is fantastic. The apartment is part of an old and authentic building, but is modernly furnished, very spacious and equipped with every comfort. There is a lovely shower, a washing machine, air conditioning, TV, microwave, oven and a kitchen with a 4-burner stove. And a balcony where you can sit! You will be in the middle of the historical center of Viseu. Guilherme is a very good host, gives tips before you arrive and responds immediately when you have a question. The beds are lovely and the apartment super clean. We stayed there for five days to great satisfaction.

The grounds and the pool are out of this world! Such a serene location and beautiful setup. The landscaping gives is a sophisticated touch. The studio was very clean. The only thing that could be better, it's the in-unit kitchen space is very cramped. Given the secluded location, one wants to prepare breakfast in the morning and it felt like bit like a circus act to try to find counter space. Overall, a great stay and we'd be happy to come back :)

Memorable stay!!! We loved the house (which was very clean), the pool was perfect and very well maintained, the view... The environment was very beautiful and calm. We will keep a very good memory of our vacation and meeting the parents of Romeu who live next door to the house. We felt like we were welcomed by our family, they are a lovely couple, very kind, warm and concerned about the well-being of their tenants.
