The accommodation is spacious, functional, very clean and equipped with a living kitchen complete with every need. Adjacent to the beautiful Abazzia di Santo Spirito, it is on the track of: - CiclOvidia - Camino di San Tommaso - Camino di Celestino V - and the attack of the path that leads to the Hermitage of Sant'Onofrio al Morrone. Recommended for those looking for peace and love open views, perfect for those who want a quiet accommodation and outside the commercial areas and most populated. Not recommended for those who prefer to dwell in the historic centers, between businesses, restaurants, and clubs near the house. Caterina is a courteous host, very helpful and equally discreet. Equipped with tips to experience the territory and ready to enrich the information with the deep knowledge of the Peligna Valley. We did not need to request it at all as we received the information and the rest necessary during our three days of stay with our dog as well. We are very satisfied!

We had an enjoyable and memorable stay in Sulmona and were grateful for the very clean, comfortable, and well-located accommodations. Graziano, our host, was always swift to respond to any question or concern that we had. Even though we had planned to take a bus to his apartment, he kindly gave us a lift to/from the train station to save the time and effort. We felt right at home in this spacious, 1-bedroom apartment which offers privacy and calm in the middle of town. All the sights were just a few walking minutes in any direction. The locals of Sulmona are very friendly and helpful, should you get lost in town, or have general questions. Graziano told us about the inexpensive, convenient bus connections to places outside of town, so we also made day excursions to the lovely, nearby towns of Pacentro and Pettorano sul Gizio. All in all, we had a great time here, were very happy in Graziano’s apartment, and really appreciated our host’s warm, generous spirit. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely little house over 2 floors in the middle of the Sulmona's historic centre, close to a number of bars, restaurants and shops, but still in a quiet location. Cantini di Biffi, very close by, is a particular favourite restaurant of mine! Sulmona is a beautiful town to stroll around, with a lot of history to discover, and close to the mountains for those who want to enjoy nature. The house itself is ideal for one or two, and the terrace on the top floor is perfect for enjoying an evening drink or a breakfast coffee. Everything in the house was clean and tidy, and the host, who met me at check in, was charming. As I had to do some work while I was there, the reliable Wi-Fi was a great boon. The only negative I can think of, although it didn't really bother me, was that the stairs are quite steep, which could be an issue for those with limited mobility.

We had a very pleasant stay in this facility. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing: clean, well furnished, and in a convenient location. Check-in was easy and the host was very helpful and friendly. We recommend this place for those looking for a quiet experience without surprises.
