Relax with the whole family at this lovely house in a great neighborhood. Comfortable for a large family with sleeping space for eight. The living room is just off the kitchen, and off the other side of the kitchen is the dining room/game room, with a nice selection of games for the whole family. Outside you will find a spacious yard with plenty of room for outside games, as well as off-street parking. Located just a ten-minute walk from the numerous shops and activities of downtown Ripon.

A beautiful home with amenities designed for active living. We offer a sauna, hot tub, 2 whirlpool baths, a pool, playground, a ping pong table, foosball table, darts, and LOTS of lawn space. There is an outdoor patio with gas grill and fire pit. Good Morning America voted our neighbor, Kelley’s Ice Cream, the best ice cream in the country, in 2013.
