Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Fond du Lac County

I stayed at Tina's rental during a visit to the Oshkosh airshow. As promised, it was very convenient to get to from the airport and it was in a very peaceful location. This rental comes with use of a very inviting pool and fire pit. There was another rental party in the house on the property (next to the pool), but there is enough space and privacy that I didn't feel like we were on top of each other. I also want to share how clean and organized the space was when I arrived. I'm very picky about staying in rentals, but I was pleasantly surprised how tidy it was and how it was just as promised on the website. I really appreciated how incredibly responsive Tina was to all my messages. Tina also sent me a youtube video which gave me a tour of the space and an explanation of all the switches. As someone who has no experience with campers, this was super helpful. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and a great host. Thank you Tina

We had six senior men and there three adult age children who flew into the local airport for the EAA Air Adventure. This home was large with plenty of beds and couches for everyone and ten minutes from Fond Du Lac County Airport (FLD) and 30 minutes from Wittman Regional Airport (OSH). This turned out to be am ideal location to get away from the busy crowds and recharge after each long day. Most days we cooked breakfast at the home, but there are options close by. This was all detailed in the owners guest book. Lunches were at the airshow and dinners were usually eaten out. The owner even welcomed us with some local brew and pizzas in the fridge as he knew we would be tired after long day of traveling from the east coast. We enjoyed the home and would book again.

My family stayed at Kimberly’s wonderful home for the EAA event. Her home is beautiful, comfortable and is in a nice quiet neighborhood . The beds and furniture are comfortable and the kitchen is amazing!! Kimberly is very responsive and kind!! We would love to stay again!!

Super cool property and cute little home. Quiet and cozy for our fam of three including infant, as well as our dog. Loved visiting the Oshkosh farmer’s market and enjoying the sunrises and sunsets at the house. We hope to return sometime, thanks!

Robert’s home was the perfect home base for our weekend of fishing! Ample sized bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Attached garage was convenient and all the amenities we might have needed were there.

Beautiful place, great stay. Perfect for our family visit to EAA. Close to EAA and the local restaurant recommendations were great! Hidden gem was the Bowling Alley and Pizza just down the road. Highly recommend.

the place was close to the interstate, which made it easy to get to. it's a quiet and nicely maintained neighborhood. the Furnishings were very comfortable and delightful.

Our second stay here -- Perfect place for our adult kids and us to gather for the weekend. Everything was great! We had everything we needed in such a beautiful, spacious living area. The food in the restaurant below (quesadillas are the best!); the Hamburger Haus next door and the little cafe just down the street make it easy to dine w/o cooking! We visited the winery not far away, which is a great venue for music and drinks in an outdoor setting. The best was Consuelo -- the perfect hostess! So glad we got to connect again to tell her how much we enjoy McJugger's Loft!

Jimmy was absolutely wonderful and this space fit us so well on our trip! The apartment was quirky (in a design way) and we absolutely loved it! Very unique, very comfortable, the shower had outstanding water pressure (I enjoyed it more than my shower at home or 90% of other hotels and air bnb’s i’ve stayed in). I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was more beautiful than the pictures captured. Everything was stocked. We didn’t even have to bring our own shampoo. The location was so convenient. Just walk out the back door and head to the main street to enjoy all the activities. We enjoyed just looking out the window and overseeing all the people and lights. We had a great time.

Adrienne's place is ideal for a stay in Ripon, especially if visiting Ripon College. The location is perfect, and the place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The complimentary parking permit was so convenient, thank you! We will be back.

A rare find in downtown! Easy access to the apartment thru either the very secure/discreet front door sidewalk or the more private back entrance. You can easily get all your dining needs met within 1-2 blocks. Great Irish bar nearby as well as local Wisconsin small town type favorites. The space was very large with amazingly high ceilings and spacious master bedroom. Modern kitchen that’s well equipped. I’m a big person for critiquing linens and pillows… this place was great. Definitely worth a stay compared to anything else available locally. Bedrooms are in the back of the property - so zero street noise (what little there was) from Main Street out front.

Carrie was very accommodating with a special request and didn't hassle me about my Guide Dog, even though they don't accept pet dogs. I try to only stay in places that accept pets, because I've been harassed before by other hosts that try to charge me extra, or want my dog to stay outside! The apartment was very comfortable, mattress in main bedroom was great, I was pleasantly surprised. The other bed is a futon, but a nicer one. We have never stayed in an apartment airbnb before. I always want very private spaces, but I had no choice for this trip. Was pleasantly surprised, barely knew anyone was living downstairs.

We loved staying here! My parents traveled all the way from Brazil and the host let us check in early so they could rest, he was very nice and responded quickly when I texted asking about it! The place smelled so good and everything was clean and new! We loved it so much

Great space to spend time in the Ripon area. All of downtown is walkable. Roomy and comfortable bed. I worked remotely with ease inside the unit. Alternatively there’s a coffeehouse a couple doors down.

Enjoyed the stay and will be back!! Easy to communicate with the host about my travel delay and questions during the stay. Really nice space to stay for a few days, nice kitchen space with all necessities for cooking. Loved the keyless entry!! Near grocery stores and pharmacy. Would recommend and will return.

Very beautiful neighborhood. Kristen is a total sweetheart. The place is perfectly immaculate with sweet touches of kindness.
