VILLA FOUR - Modern Beach Villa - Walk to Beach

DavidRating, 5 stars2 months ago
My family and I stayed at Libby's property and it was fantastic! The rental was extremely clean, modern, comfortable, and quiet. It was situated within walking distance to the beach and was directly across the street from several very good restaurants. Libby was an amazing and accommodating host. She was very responsive, answering any questions or requests extremely promptly. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Palms & Porches Paradise

KimmyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a great stay. We absolutely fell in love with what the city had to offer. The home was cozy and clean. The home is about a 15 minute walk to the historic district which was nice being able to walk our entire stay. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. We will absolutely be back.

The Crescent Lakehouse

MeganRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This was our 2nd stay and it was, again, clean and spacious and perfectly located for our time with family. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and our kids loved the pool. We enjoyed sunrises over the lake from the swings by the camp store and also played horse shoes one afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen is serviceable. We also used the gas grill and Florida room.

Villa Luma Fab Condo with amazing amenities

BridgettRating, 5 stars7 months ago
I would absolutely stay here again! First time we took our pup to the beach it was perfect for her. The area offered little waking trails we took her on. The back patio was fenced so we could let her walk around without a leash. Even though we stayed 4th of July week there was three pools to pick from so they were never over crowded. The beach was a short easy walk from where we stayed. The fireworks on the Fourth right on the beach was some of the best I have ever seen. The beach was never too crowded , if you are looking for just a family and pet friendly place to relax this is the place to go!

We thoroughly enjoyed our October stay at the Mermaid Cottage! It's beautifully decorated, comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen. It was an easy walk to the gorgeous beach! Deborah was a wonderful host and very responsive to questions. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard too. We look forward to staying there again or right next door at The Pearl!

My family and I spent a weekend at Brian's place and had a wonderful time. Brian was very responsive and accommodating. The home is large and beautifully decorated with many things to do. We had such a quality time at Brian's place that we barely turned on the TV. I 100% recommend this listing and look forward to coming back.

Beach & Pool Family Getaway in Palm Coast

LaurenRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Our stay for two families was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance, dish, or utensil needed. The dining table could accommodate all 10 of us easily. The bedrooms were spacious and the 2nd floor wrap around deck was large. Pool was smaller than I imagined from the pictures, but it still fit everyone. the walk to the beach was easy and the beach/pool items left by the host were great (cart, beach unbrella, boogy boards, sand toys). Alina was easy to communicate with and house instructions were straight-forward. Highly recommend this house.

Cozy Beach House Of Your Dreams

KatieRating, 5 stars7 months ago
The house was even better than I hoped! It's much bigger than the photos convey with a great layout. Beds and furniture are extremely comfortable. It was very homey. The fenced in backyard was so convenient for taking my dog and also gave it privacy. Outdoor furniture is great with lights strung in the trees which made evenings outside so peaceful. For as wonderful as the house is, the location is even better! A short walk to many wonderful restaurants, only a few blocks to Salt Run on one side of the island (and Conch House, a new favorite restaurant) and Bridge of Lions on the other side, which made it very convenient to watch the Fireworks show on July 4th. Daniel sent clear instructions for getting into the house and the keypad entry was easy and convenient. We loved our stay and hope to return soon.

Majorca Manor Beach Bliss

LaurenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Shannon was helpful and answered my questions quickly. Entry into the home was effortless. A lovely location along a canal with boats and gorgeous sunsets. River on one end and beach at the other. I used 1 bed/bath only as a single with 2 dogs. Yard is fenced and large enough for 2 Labs to play though one dog got out somehow, and not sure how. Interior space is very nice, with a welcoming kitchen to prepare all your meals. Bed in master could use a comfortable topper, and that is always a personal opinion. I would suggest this home as I truly felt like I was on vacation. Shannon is a caring host.

Your guide to Flagler Beach

Welcome to Flagler Beach

Just 21 miles north of lively Daytona Beach and 35 miles south of historic St. Augustine, these six secluded miles of cinnamon-colored sand are sought after for their tranquility and Old Florida vibes. Quirky and community-oriented, the seaside enclave offers you prime opportunities to dip in and out of its eclectic shops, dine al fresco at waterfront seafood restaurants, and meander through verdant parks. Kayaking and canoeing trips are popular along a network of winding creeks, tranquil estuaries, and relaxing lakes, while surfers and anglers will appreciate the fine stretch of Atlantic Ocean, along with a pier so scenic that some couples reserve it for their weddings. Sunrises and sunsets are always in full view due to a three-story building cap ā€” the modest residences and beach cottages offer a taste of the laid-back Florida life without any of the glitz or fuss.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Flagler Beach

There isnā€™t a bad time to book one of Flagler Beachā€™s vacation rentals, as the weather tends to remain temperate throughout the year thanks to the proximity of the Atlantic Ocean. But most visitors tend to show up in the wintertime, because even the coldest day here is still pretty warm compared to most other places. Things get toastier in the springtime and humidity rises, too, though precipitation stays low, and visitation drops off a bit. Temperatures climb still higher in the summer, and the number of visitors keeps dropping. These trends continue through the fall, which is also a lovely time to visit. Year-round events include festivals, live music, farmersā€™ markets, and art shows, and things can get pretty wild in March during Daytonaā€™s Bike Week.

Top things to do in Flagler Beach

Flagler Beach Municipal Pier

Opened in 1928, this scenic pier juts 806 feet into the Atlantic and offers prime opportunities for fishing, birdwatching, and sunrise and sunset viewing. Itā€™s open daily from 6 a.m. to midnight, and charges small fees to stroll along or cast a reel from. Thereā€™s a bait shop at the entrance.

Drive the Historic A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway

The A1A is a mostly two-lane stretch of waterfront beauty that stretches from Gamble Rogers Memorial Park on Flagler Beach in the south to the luxurious Ponte Vedra Beach in the north. The 72 miles between the two traverse state parks, national monuments, nature trails, estuaries, and of course, stunning beaches as far as the eye can see.

Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area

Named for the Florida folk singer and raconteur, this barrier island park stretches across 145 acres of graham-cracker-colored beach, coastal dunes, maritime hammock, and riparian habitat. Anglers like it for the opportunity to reel in red drum, flounder, and trout from the riverbanks, while the beach is a draw for swim fans and sandcastlers alike.
