Wonderful stay! From start to finish, this place exceeded all expectations. The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Holly and Tim went above and beyond, I even attended the Thai chi classes when work commitments permitted , I would definitely recommend giving that a try. The location was perfect, within walking distance to local restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach, health clubs and spas. I felt right at home and truly enjoyed my time here. Highly recommend! I will definitely be booking with Holly and Tim again and look forward to seeing them when I’m back in Cornwall. Christian

I'm so glad to have been able to stay here! It honestly was one of the most amazing properties ever, I was saying to my now fiance and my parents how I'd love to move in. The scenery was stunning, the decor with the plants was beautiful and you could barely hear the noise from outside. A few bits in the kitchen weren't properly washed but we cleaned up what we needed to use, not the end of the world! I definately plan to stay here again as it was in such a perfect location. I highly recommend a meal at the Boathouse a few minutes away from the property, and keep an eye on your spends at the arcade. Oh my god I'm sure I could've got a mortgage out with the amount we spent! Good time and lots of smiles around. I hope you find this advice helpful and have a wonderful time in Newquay :)

We love Newquay and stayed with a couple of friends for the weekend. The apartment was perfect for us, very clean and uncluttered, 2 good bathrooms, spacious living area and kitchen, lovely comfortable beds and fully equipped. Fabulous location walking distance from the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping, so a bonus to not need a car. Did some amazing walks and was great to be able to get back and chill out in a nice space. Highly recommend The Fish House on Fistral beach. Toni was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you. Highly recommended!

We had a great bank holiday stay at Alex's apartment. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed, and was just a short walk to the beach. There were some nice welcome touches of some snacks for us and for the pooch too!
