Loved staying here! It’s located in a great area, conveniently located close by many places of interest. It was quiet and the view from the guest suite was beautiful with trees. We even saw a cute little family of deer one morning grazing. Zucel was extremely friendly and respectful of us staying there for a little vacation. I would definitely recommend her as a host and would stay here again in any future trips back to Tacoma! Thank you so much for hosting us!

This is now my "go to" spot for University Place visits! So glad I discovered Justin's place -- a peaceful oasis in suburbia. Justin was responsive and communicative, promptly answering all of my questions before and during my 3-week stay. The space is quiet, safe, private and perfectly suited my needs during an extended family visit. The apartment is pretty, functional and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed doing my exercise routine with the pretty morning light streaming in from the east-facing windows. Also enjoyed the lovely newly-tiled shower. Appreciated having light-blocking window coverings, which facilitated good-quality sleep (esp. when sleeping at odd hours). I have food sensitivities that prohibit consumption of restaurant food. Because this apartment offers a fully-equipped kitchen, it was easy for me to stick to my routine of home-cooking. I also appreciated Justin's flexibility in permitting early check-in, when I made good time on the highway.

I appreciate Thomas for letting me stay, he was a great host and very communicative and helpful if I had any questions. It was the perfect spot and very chill which is what I wanted!

Our stay was perfect. We were in town to help care for our daughter and grandchildren post daughter's surgery. Candace's beautiful place was the perfect close location to their home. It was quiet, so very clean, and had everything we needed. Even though there wasn't a full kitchen, a microwave, hot plate, and countertop oven were provided. Coffee was provided for drip pot and pods for the Keurig. Ice was made and ready. All the utensils, plates etc you might need,. Even parchment paper and foil, etc. Not typical, but much appreciated. The space is extremely, comfortable and welcoming. A sweet, relaxing place to get a great night's rest, get some work done at a desk with a view of beautiful nature out the window. Candace checked on us several times. We felt well cared for....a place well prepared to host us, and one we could easily relax , sleep well in a comfortable bed, with beautiful linens, and a luxurious shower. Highly recommend Candace's place.
