Theo was an exceptional host – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. He personally helped us with our bags, gave us a detailed tour of the property, and shared great local recommendations to make the most of our stay in Santorini. He even arranged our airport transfer, which made our departure seamless. The property itself is stunning – brand new, very private, and offers breathtaking views of the Caldera and the famous Santorini sunset. The outdoor jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind each evening while taking in the scenery. Everything about our stay was perfect, and I would absolutely love to return here on my next visit to Santorini. Highly recommend!

Evgenia was really really kind to us. She really takes care of the people that stay at the house, as if we’re her family…! She paid attention to the most subtle of things, topping up the things that we used (knowing that we drink coffee, for example)…she is really responsive, and she always ensures that we’re okay everyday. I really can’t imagine a better place to stay. Plus, the location is really good…allows you to go everywhere (Fira, ofc, but it’s also in between Oia and Red Beach areas). HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend if you want some place to feel like home.

We had a fabulous time here in Oia. The accommodations were as described, and we truly couldn't ask for a better setting. The views wer just gorgeous from the front patio, and we were only a few minutes walk from great food, more scenic views, and iconic sunsets.

We stayed 5 nights in Aris"s place in Fira and it was perfect for all our requirements. It is close to the old town for shopping, Restaurants and the sunset views. It is also very close to the main bus station with regular buses to the port, airport and beaches. The house is traditional which makes it cool inside but with modern touches, definitely the best shower of our trip! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Beach towels were also a great extra touch and much appreciated. There was always someone available if you needed anything. It was also private with a lovely garden to relax in the evenings without noise from the town. We would definitely recommend booking and we were pleasantly surprised by Santorini also.
