Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Fethiye

Samet and his mother were super sweet and we had everything we needed! Absolutely recommended! Everything was as expected and according to the pictures. The place was super central and easy to get to. Thank you for everything!

Very cute village house, everything you need in the house. It has a magnificent garden. It is right in Kayaköy and on foot, you can easily reach everything you need and you have the opportunity to visit the historical Kayaköy. 20 min by car to the city center I recommend going to the cold water bay, we love it. We are always traveling with our dog. The garden of the house is very suitable for the dog. But we had a very sad incident the day we checked in. Our dog beat up one of the chickens around the house and killed him. We also apologize to my host for this again. Also, thank you so much for your understanding. I am really sorry. In summary, we came back with a lot of pleasure from our holiday. Be sure to experience this house. I love it. Happy holidays to everyone in advance.

Before booking, until we checked in and out of the villa, Ms. Merve responded quickly to our questions and we were not disturbed after the check-in, we were extremely calm. As a villa location, we found it comfortable with navigation, 2 minutes from Karaçulha Çamköy main road. We found beautiful places for 13 minutes by car in Fethiye Kordon, suitable for all budgets for breakfast and dinner. We loved the house layout. Everything is in working condition, air conditioners and everything is very good. We stayed for 2 nights on the way, if we had time and the possibility to extend it, I would have extended it for at least 5 more nights. If you are looking for a villa from this location, I recommend checking out the villas of Ms. Merve and Mr. Sezgin.

This house, where we stayed for a long time, was very peaceful and calm. Mr. Levent was very helpful to us and responded quickly to our questions. We had a very pleasant time where we will extend our holiday even further if we could. Thanks again for everything.

Kerem's place provides great value for money. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and Kerem provides video instructions for how to reach it (having a vehicle is highly recommended for getting around). By car, we visited beaches in Oludeniz, Sarigerme and Katranci. The property has views of the bay and the mountains behind and the kids loved the swing, the garden and the cat visitors. The property is tended to by helpful support staff and the pool is cleaned daily. Perhaps because it was end of the season, we needed to get to the shops for basics (dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, regular coffee, more toilet paper). The property was clean and simply furnished. Thanks Kerem for hosting us.

Everything was the same as the pictures. In the beginning, the driveway takes some getting used to. It's so high that you have incredible views of Fetihye. Everything is quickly reached by car. We would come back again and again.

It was calm and peaceful compared to the center. The overwhelming temperature when you go down to the center is not living in the location of the house. The house is the same as in the visuals. It was very comfortable and comfortable. The size of the pool was also very good. As 6 adults and 3 children, it was a stay where we were very comfortable and able to have fun. After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Pros: nice clean apartment, well-equpped kitchen, comfortable beds, easy communication with host. Cons: slow internet (dl 15mbps, ul 3mbps), cockroaches.

great apartment in a good area, not far from the promenade, there are shops nearby. The houses had all the necessary amenities, the apartment was clean and bright, we really liked everything.

Mutlu is an amazing host. He and his team were responsive and very helpful from the beginning until end. The place looks exactly like the photos and the location is exactly as listed 10/10 for credibility. Kudos to the cleaning staff for keeping the place hygienic and spotless. The house and kitchen are very well equipped . You can find all you need for your stay. The neighborhood is very calm we felt like home. The place is a few minutes walk from the bus stop but a car is much recommended to move around easily. I strongly recommend!

Lovely little apartment run by a very friendly family within their B&B. The grounds are beautiful with a gorgeously designed pool and lots of plants which gives it a very peaceful feel. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony of our apartment to relax in the evening. Great location too in the middle of Fethiye, with the main beach to the north and the walkable promenade to the old town and port in the south. 5 minutes away is also a huge park which is great for the children and exercise.

It was a much nicer, overly pleasant house than the photo showed. Everything has been considered. Ms. Tuba was very helpful with everything. Although the season was over, the food places we found nearby were also very sweet. The temperature of the pool is very suitable for winter, we entered very comfortably in the morning and evening. Everything was perfect,I hope we can come back soon 🙏🏻

Beautiful place. Little paradise between 2 historical towns. Very safe

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Cevat and his wife, Ms. Songül, for their attention and smiling faces to us during our holiday process. They were very helpful in supplying what we needed, for example, when the water heater broke down, they immediately replaced it. The pool was quite nice and clean, it was cleaned every day. The house was very cute and warm as it appeared in the photos:) The kitchen supplies were sufficient. In terms of location, a yacht tour can be done with the advantage of being close to the Gocek Yacht Port, you can go to the nearby Inlice Beach, but it is convenient to come by car for different activities. It is a very good choice for those who do not go anywhere and stay at home and enjoy the pool and enjoy the calm 👌🏻

We loved our stay at this villa. It is right on the outskirts of town, so nice and quiet, but only a few minutes in the car into the centre, so you don't feel at all isolated. The villa itself is up a big hill, but we had a hire car so didn't have any issues. There is a taxi button across the road, but we never made use of this. The villa is clean and comfortable, and has everything you will need for a stay in the area. The pool is lovely, if a little chilly in October, and we spent many hours sitting outside listening to the water jets and reading. It is a very relaxing spot, despite being right next the road, which is pretty quiet (mostly minibuses ferrying paragliders). Mount Babadag is also right on the door step so a great view, and very easy to get to the cable car (about 10 minutes away in the car). It is very relaxing to sit by the pool and watch the paragliders coming down off the mountain. Şaban was a great host, meeting us on arrival and available by text when we needed.

The house was what it looked like in the photos. Mr. Bayram communicated very well with us and was interested in our requests. The house was also very well cleaned. We had no difficulty with 2 babies. It was a pleasant holiday, we were satisfied, thank you.

Right from the time we first contacted Derek a year ago, Derek has always been very quick in responding to any questions we had. The Villa was perfect for our party of 8, nice and quiet, very big and ideal with the two kitchens. The villa is up quite a steep hill, however taxi button directly outside and very reasonably priced to get to local amenities. Derek was on hand whenever you needed him and dealt with any concerns we had immediately. We would not hesitate to recommend these Villas to anyone looking for an affordable self catering/Villa holiday to a beautiful area of Turkey.

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!
