Condo vacation rentals in Fethiye

It was a very good experience at Nina’s place which was so cute and clean. It’s right in the middle of the center of Fethiye which means that it’s so easy for transportation. Nina is an easily accessible host to communicate with and get help from. Don’t hesitate to stay at her place. Thank you so much Nina :)

The House was in a quiet place, still very close to animated area of the town, inside, everything was clean and well ordened. The pool was clean and close to home, safe for children as well. The view of the mighty mountain around was fantastic, with a mesmerazing sunset view. Tuğba was always ready to help and give helpfull advice.

Excellent place to choose if you are on holiday.

We only stayed for 1 day, but it was really enjoyable, we wish we had time and enjoyed that beautiful garden. The location was very nice, it was easy to get to the dead. Ms. Şengül was very welcoming and Mr. Hasan was very quick to answer our questions. They supplied right away if we needed anything. The house was a real convenience. There were utensils if you wanted to cook. The house was really clean, which made us very happy. A place I would recommend with peace of mind to anyone who wants to go around me. We are incredibly kind and very satisfied with your hospitality. Thank you so much for everything again 😄✨

A good villa to stay in at Oludeniz.

Enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighbourhood, which is just what we wanted, but easily walkable to restaurants. The area around the shared swimming pool isn't spacious and didn't get a lot of sun, because of the time of year, but this was easily remedied by lounging in the lovely large garden.

Deniz hosted us and he was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He gave us recommendations and helped us reserve paragliding in Oludeniz. We had a comfortable stay at the apartment. The shared pool is very nice and well maintained. Two small cons were the floors and some chairs were a little dusty and the wifi wasn't the fastest. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the suite. 2 story duplex 4 single beds upstairs, one double downstairs. Great kitchen, dishwasher. A bottle of drinking water was even left for our arrival. Everything was clean and as described. The host was ready for communication and was always welcoming and in touch. The only thing that may not have met my expectations was the location. Near the house there is a wasteland with the remains of construction garbage from the demolished house (however, it is not noticeable from the house because the house is surrounded by a fence), and it turned out to walk to the beach longer than we thought, for 15-20 minutes. In general, the neighborhood is pleasant, with private cabins around. To the bus stop, shop - 7 minutes walk, to the water taxi to Fethiye - 15 minutes.

Great apartment. Lovely view and private place. Inside there is everything you need to stay longer. The price is higher super for the town of Kas. Couldn't find the entrance at first - it's on the side of the house where not exactly obvious from the road. But there are nuances: I'm proud to walk close, but very uphill. There is a bus from the center (which I learned not immediately, unfortunately). You need the one going to the Churchiller area. The movement interval is 20 minutes. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the nearest store. But if this is all nonsense for you - I highly recommend this apartment. At the reception, they gave detailed instructions and recommendations about the area. The host responded quickly and to the point.

A perfect place to stay with a wonderful host

Five of us stayed at Çilek Apartments for 10 days. Burhan accommodated our request for a ground floor apartment with a cot and also provided a high chair. The apartments were looked after by Tamer and his family who were very friendly and so helpful. Communication was via a translation app mostly but it worked really well. The apartment itself was spacious and very clean as was the swimming pool, which is a great size. Çilek Apartments are pretty accessible for a wheelchair user and the location is in a quiet residential area. We would definitely stay at Çilek Apartments again.

We stayed at the apartment for a week with about two daughters who loved the pool. Pool is nicely maintained and shared with a few apartments. Neighbours were very friendly. The apartment is in a good quiet location but close to amenities and easy to drive into Ölüdeniz for excursions.

The hospitality and helpfulness given to us was really great. We sincerely thank Yusuf and Sercan. When we get back to Fethiye, we'll be back.

It was an amazing stay, we enjoyed it so much Everything was close to us, supermarkets are 3 mins walking, beach is 5 minutes and easy access to transportation.

I can only recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience. Ideal for families with children even with infants. It is very familiar in the complex. Man is on vacation but somehow still at home. The feeling gives you security. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in the area , and if you don't want to cook, you can order from outside or reach several restaurants in a few minutes' walk. In the evening it is quiet, so you can get up refreshed the next day I was there for the first time this year and will definitely spend my holidays there in the years to come. Very clean and nicely furnished .

The apartment was all you needed for a pleasant stay. Lovely neighbours. Good value for your money. We had a great stay.
