Our centrally located villa has a 2 bedroom 4 person accommodation capacity ,one indoor hot tub, one poolside hot tub. It's completely enclosed and its pool and garden are not visible from the outside. The building was built after June. The market is within walking distance of the pharmacy, 5 km from the coast and the beach, 5 km from the mall, 13 km away from the dead and comfortable to reach. Restaurants like burgerking pizzapizza are nearby and takeaway is fast. Our arrival time is 16 00 check out time is 10 00

Our house located in the old town called Paspatur in the center of Fethiye. When you go down the stairs of the house, you will find yourself in the old town bazaar with restaurants&bars. It is walking distance to the marina, minibuses to tourist attractions,shops,taxi office,ATMs and populer places. The fish market with fish restaurants is nearby. The popular restaurant Paşa Kebap is right at the entrance of the house on the street and the most popular patisserie Mereng is next to the house.

This lovely old stone house is private and peaceful and has a stunning glass mosaic roof pool with kitchen/fire pit/BBQ for watching the stars and eagles! It has stylish cool marble interiors with Turkish rugs, high spec shower rooms and a marble kitchen. It has a wood burner for winter and is suitable for guests who require privacy.

Thank you so much to Ms. Naciye for sharing her really stylish and useful house with us. Our house was really like the home of someone we know, away from commercial activity. Everything was sparkling clean including the drawers. He understood our later guests, which were considered to be Emrivaki, and we did not lack the slightest. The location was great, you go to the beach in 7 minutes by car, you can get to the markets for 2-3 minutes. It was a great house, away from the humidity, away from the noise of the city, but right next to it, I would like to share that there are breaks on the internet regionally. If I go again, I will definitely not look for a house, thank you so much Ms. Naciye.

The place is even more beautiful in real life, including the view from the pool, everything was clean. The house has all the comforts for a pleasant stay and is well equipped to make you feel at home. The hosts make sure and are caring, it's really appreciated and I really thank you Ayşe and Serkan for it. We also had everything we needed to get started and/or spend the week (dishwashing liquid, sponge, laundry detergent, toilet paper, oil, salt...). We were close to all the main points of interest (Calis Plage, Old Fethiye, Oludeniz...) although the villa is in a remote corner of the main arteries. Anyway, I had a very good week and I recommend it.

I'm missing this beautiful place already, so peaceful. beautifully done out. the garden/pool area was my haven for 2 weeks. everything my wife and I needed for two weeks the jacuzzi bath tub and the pool table was a nice touch. we would definitely recommend this villa. thankyou so much

We had a wonderful time at Tolga's apartment. He very kindly allowed us to have flexible check-in and check out. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean with peaceful surroundings. Tolga's mum was an amazing host - at check-in she gave us very clear instructions. During our stay she was always there to answer any questions. She also provided excellent recommendations for sight-seeing. All of this greatly enhanced our time in Fethiye.

First of all, it was our first vacation with my boyfriend and we were anxious and excited, but Ms. Seda and her husband, Mr. Tayfun, welcomed us with great hospitality from the moment we booked until the end of our holiday. The house is exactly the same as it appears in the photos. Cleanliness and order were perfect. We felt like we were in our own home. Also, since we are a stranger to the city, Ms. Seda's suggestions were very useful to us and we were also satisfied with the places she recommended. If we go to Fethiye again, it will definitely be our first choice without thinking.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is truly paradise. It was so quiet and calm. Our children loved the pool and spent most of their time there. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. We would recommend this villa and host.
