Apartment vacation rentals in Fethiye

This apartment was not only beautiful, with amazing views - it was also a great location ~15 min walk to the center. Also, communication with Utku was easy and he was readily available if we needed anything. The apartment was also well equipped and clean. ☺️ We would happily return.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Fethiye. PLACE: Beautiful, very spacious flat, in a lovely neighbourhood. Close to the marina, and places like Amyntas Rock Tombs and the Lycian Way hike. Plenty of markets, bakeries and organic stores in the area. Same with coffee shops and restaurants. The flat was very clean when I arrived. Towels are included. KITCHEN: Spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped. The electric cooking system works perfectly. Big and clean fridge. CHECK-IN: Smooth and easy. The host was not in Fethiye at the time and a lady was waiting for me, who kindly checked me in and showed me the flat. WI-FI: Worked smoothly and fast during my stay. HOST: Kind and polite, very responsive and helpful. I had an issue with the water system, and he was very proactive on solving it, which I really appreciate. Jewel of a place, I spent an entire week there. It's a perfect flat for long stays. Thanks for everything Ramazan, it was a pleasure!

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

We stayed for 2 nights, but we would have liked to extend it even further if it wasn't our travel plan. The view was very nice. The house was spotless and tidy. Absolutely everything you might need has been considered. The host is very attentive and polite. In a quiet, calm, and peaceful neighborhood. I will definitely choose this place if I come back to Fethiye

We stayed in Erhan and Yudum’s place for two weeks and we felt very comfortable. After we arrived Yudum brought us home made cake which was great. They were very fast to respond and helpful when we were asking. Erhan also helped us to book a taxi from airport when we arrived.The location is very nice, close to a lot of nice restaurants and grocery stores. You can find anything you need to buy just by walking. There is a beach close by around 20 minutes walking distance. We will come back if we go to visit Fethiye again.

I had the pleasure of staying in Suite-1 for 7 nights starting September 2nd, 2024. The building was easy to find, with clear branding that made it even more recognizable. It’s located in a prime area, right next to Fethiye Mall and just steps away from the coach station and several authentic restaurants—three of which are open 24/7. The proximity to the coach station and the dolmuş stop made it easy to explore the area. I frequently took the bus to Oludeniz Beach, which took about 15 minutes and was very affordable. The suite itself was spotless—there wasn’t a speck of dust on any furniture or appliances. The dishes were clean and ready to use from day one, and the bathroom was in excellent condition. Hot and cold water worked perfectly throughout my stay. Çetin, the host, was very welcoming. He was extremely responsive and provided all the necessary information well in advance. He was also very kind to allow me to have a later checkout time as my coach was scheduled to leave late.

One of the best stays i have had on airbnb. The host was absolutely amazing! He stayed up until 5am to make sure we were able to check in, and recommended lots of things for us to do during our stay. He was extremely responsive and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and the aircon was great! I couldn't recommend this place enough!

We stayed very satisfied. Our son got very sick and even threw up. They met with understanding in the conversation. The location, cleanliness, interest was nice.

Our stay at Kadir's apartment was very enjoyable. The apartment is situated in a quiet and peaceful location, which is a huge plus for those who appreciate tranquillity. I would recommend having your own car to easily access the city centre. Kadir is very kind and helpful. Even though check-out was at 11 a.m., he allowed us to wait until our late flight in another apartment. An additional bonus was the regularly cleaned pool. We also had the pleasure of meeting Kadir's family—wonderful people. Thank you for everything, and we highly recommend it.

I had a lovely stay at this peaceful location close to bus services, grocery, restaurants. Very easy to get to hiking areas as well as the market and the beach from here. The space was very large and the air conditioning worked very well, the shower always has hot water and the apartment kitchen contained all the items I required for my stay. The host was very responsive and made very good recommendations for me as well as helped me out with a few things. I am very appreciative and would definitely stay again! 😊

Very nice and spacious apartment. It is rather new and clean. The only thing is that it is located at the edge of the town and takes 20-30 min to get to downtown area. Overall, if one has a car, it is a very good choice to stay in when visiting this area.

New, cozy and thoughtful apartment in a quiet place. The kitchen has everything you need, nice pans and, which is rare, sharp knives. Beautiful plates and appliances. Fast internet, air conditioning in every room. We felt at home. There is no problem with parking, Migros is nearby. There are a lot of cats, but for children it was only a plus. I recommend the apartment and the owner!

Staying here for the second time, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! Mehmet and Ülkü are not just amazing hosts—they truly feel like family. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with open arms, and their attention to detail makes all the difference. The space is incredibly clean, cozy, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Whether it’s local tips, help with anything around the house, or just a friendly chat, Mehmet and Ülkü are always there to make your stay unforgettable. I wouldn’t think twice about coming back again—it really feels like a home away from home.

Mutlu is an amazing host. He and his team were responsive and very helpful from the beginning until end. The place looks exactly like the photos and the location is exactly as listed 10/10 for credibility. Kudos to the cleaning staff for keeping the place hygienic and spotless. The house and kitchen are very well equipped . You can find all you need for your stay. The neighborhood is very calm we felt like home. The place is a few minutes walk from the bus stop but a car is much recommended to move around easily. I strongly recommend!

Ahmet was always and very quickly accessible, helpful, friendly, straightforward. The place fully met our needs. The apartment was ideally suited for us as a sailing crew with three bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x2 separate beds) and a very large kitchen-living room for us as a sailing crew to spend a few days in Fethyie, before the trip. Breakfast on a large quiet balcony overlooking the hinterland is just great. The hot tub on it makes it very unique. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, highly recommend Ahmet's apartment. P.S.: Very good is also that there is a taxi stand in the immediate vicinity (150m) of the property. If you are ready to walk, you will also find very nice, honest restaurants on the northern beach of Fethyie.

The house was very good. Very tasteful and modernly designed. If we want to build ourselves a house, we will definitely call Mr. Ramazan. She was very interested in even the slightest question. I would definitely prefer it for my next visit to the area. Thank you.

Our stay was perfect, we had everything we needed. Nuri was so friendly and very helpful. We had the flexibility to check in early and check out a bit late. I HIGHLY recommend it.
