Monthly Rentals in Fenwick Island

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very cozy. We even took up a new hobby (doing puzzles) while we stayed in from the cold, and now it's a pastime we'll cherish. There were several good restaurants to visit in the area. Jacqueline was very responsive whenever we had questions and communicated well. We're really grateful for the memories we made here!

Really restful and peaceful time. Marlene was more than accommodating. Just the right distance from Ocean City and Delaware beaches, to avoid the hustle and bustle. Would gladly stay again for my next visit to the area!

This was our second time staying at John's condo and it felt so comfortable walking thru the door again! This is a great place to stay for many reasons. It is clean, welcoming, and just steps away from the beach. The balcony is so nice and sitting out on it is such a pleasure. The community is very friendly and there are good restaurant choices and fun shopping. We especially appreciated the great outdoor shower after returning from the beach and everything is so well kept. John is a terrific host and was so prompt when answering a question that we had during our stay. Our family will return and will know that will be coming back to a very special place.
