Monthly Rentals in Fayette

This beautiful A frame was perfect. The wide pine boards created a warm and bright atmosphere. Although I wasn’t there long and didn’t use the kitchen except to make coffee, all of the amenities needed to make a meal were available. As my daughter and granddaughters live 15 minutes away, I am sure I will stay here again. Lovely, peaceful spot.

This Airbnb is really exceptional. Clara Jean was incredibly responsive and you could tell she really wanted things to go well without being invasive. The kitchen was so well stocked it felt like your own kitchen. The beds were comfortable and my daughter slept in the room with the library and reading nook attached. She was in heaven. The downstairs shower is a dream. But most of all, the lakefront is spectacular. You have almost a 180 degree view of the lake, the lake has loons and the lake has an echo so you hear the loon calls that echo. The kayaks were great and the lake is just the right size for that. The Apple Shed farm stand has pre-made food and is just down the street if you don’t feel like venturing far. We took some excursions but also just enjoyed the lake. The house has a wall of windows so you usually just are outside or are looking at the outside. We felt lucky to have found this one.

We had a great stay, was very quiet & peaceful. Enjoyed kayaking, quiet walks, & fishing on the dock. There was a lot of fun activities here along with plenty of books to read & games to play.
