Monthly Rentals in Fawkner

Kate's place is very clean, well arranged and nicely decorated. We found all we needed. There is a car park available inside the residence and very close to home. To avoid traffic jams in the city, the train is seven minutes walk away. The outside is quiet and the neighbors nice. There are only five steps before entering the apartment, which is good for suitcases. Kate is attentive and responsive We recommend this listing.

Just returned from a 4 week stay at "Oikos" located in a private location at the back of the house, hosted by Tessa and David. Nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay enjoyable. The flat was spacious, comfortable and clean. Close to train and tram stops for travel into the city.

Lovely little place, was exactly what I needed for the few days. Parking can be tricky, very narrow alleyway but there's plenty of street parking.
