Super helpful and went out of her way to make my guests super comfortable and feel that Australian love after they were derailed by a flight cancelation. I would highly recommend her place and will be booking anytime there is a need.

We so enjoyed communicating with both Martyn and Roben. They were very responsive to all of our questions. The apartment was a cozy garden cottage with everything needed to enjoy our 3+ week stay. The cottage was like AirBnB used to be with great service and staying in a home. Public transportation is within 5 min for both the tram and metro to get you into the city. The Northcote High Street is within 5-10 min walk and has a tram, if needed, to take you to restaurants and supermarkets. I definitely would stay here in the future and would recommend to others for a long stay.

I booked Greg's place for my parents. They found the place clean and comfortable and with all the amenities they needed for their stay. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely to walk around, with super markets and grocery stores only a 2 minute walk around the corner. They also had no trouble using public transport to get anywhere they needed with ease. Greg also arranged for the cleaners to start early, allowing my parents to check in early, since they arrived earlier than expected. I would highly recommend Greg's property to others.
