House vacation rentals in Farmington

Our group of 4 began planning this trip in the spring of 2020. The covid bug reared it's ugly head and we postponed until Oct, 2020, thinking " By Oct. it will all be blown over! Well...4 years later...there we were! FINALLY! It was well worth the wait! I cannot say enough about the beauty, comfort,tranquility and ....location, location, location! The home was perfect for two couples. Very comfortable! Beautiful views from the deck! We found something new to do every day! I'd go back tomorrow and I'm sure we'd find more fun things to do! Beaver Lake is amazing and we regretted that the Marina was closed for the season so we didn't get out on this huge lake! Thanks to Jon, our host, for being "available", patient and flexible! Thanks to the people of North West Arkansas for being so friendly, fun and welcoming!! Altogether? A perfect week! ( Except it was too short)

Excellent! Cannot wait to return. Tasteful decorated. Spacious. Homey. Awesome hot tub; there is a lovely pool too—didn’t use due to snow. Walkable to square. Roomy. Can’t wait to return!

The only thing negative and it’s really not negative but I missed in the description that this was a 2 story home. More than half our group was 60 and over fortunately the stairs were not a problem for 2 of us. The two that could not climb them were accommodate well in the large bedroom downstairs. Beautiful home and a great location

Our group of 8 was very comfortable and enjoyed the pool and private back yard. We enjoyed cooking some meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our food. Excellent way to bring our family together from several states!

Our family decided to get out of the city for the Christmas holiday. The home was beautiful and decorated for Christmas. We thoroughly enjoyed all the things to do at the house and will stay again if the opportunity arises. The host was responsive and concerned about the quality of the stay. Thank you! 5+ stars

Our stay was wonderful! We stayed ten days in family and had a very good time. The house is super complete, the rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen for meals a lot, along with the barbecue, and everything worked properly. The location of the house is very good, close to a Walmart supercenter, and is close to good places for hiking. In short, we enjoyed our stay very much and recommend it for sure!

This is my second time staying here. We use it for our staff retreat and it is perfect for our small staff. Plenty of space for us to eat and plan together. Beautiful, retro feel to the home.

What a fabulous and beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood. The backyard / patio area is a haven of privacy with a lot of room and an absolutely perfect pool/hot tub! I’ve never been to any place that was as prepared as Pamela’s place. Anything you may have forgotten or need is there! Drawers full of batteries and other little things that make a big difference! The fireplace is amazing and warm! Pamela was a very responsive host and was accommodating for the few needs asked while we were there! Check this place out, you will not be disappointed!

This house is so conveniently located to just about all of Bentonville. Two blocks to the momentary, and a short bike ride anywhere.

Mandy’s airbnb was perfect for my family-3 couples. It was spacious, cozy and well stocked with cooking pots and pans for our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners. We had a wonderful time together!

Desiree's place is absolutely stunning! We only thought we knew what we were expecting, but it was so much better than we'd imagined! The bathrooms are insane, those showers though 😍! The hot tub was amazing, and fit 4 adults very comfortably! The whole house in general is just absolutely beautiful! Theres a beautiful fire pit, or a propane patio heater if you'd rather sit cozily on the porch. Desiree is so great! She is super responsive and over the top friendly! She is 100% the best host of any property we've stayed at. She honestly made us feel right at home as if we were part of her family. We will absolutely be back to stay again!

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

This was perfect for our family gathering for thanksgiving! 4 rooms having long beds was key, and the upstairs was very spacious for little to run around with lots of seating. The location was great! We’ll be looking into staying here again next time we visit!

Absolutely stunning place that has a back porch view of many trees, sunsets and the occasional deer! The main bed was very comfortable and soft which is difficult to find so we slept great. Easy travel to other cities and lots of nature exploring nearby. We definitely would return in the future.

Relaxing weekend getaway with expansive view, & comfortable mattresses. Soothing interior neutrals complimented by quality dining table felt like home.

We had a great time staying here! The space was perfect for watching football and it was extremely close to trails/downtown bentonville! Space was comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay with family while in town for a family wedding. Will definitely consider this home again if we have a large group staying in the area. Kids loved the play room and plenty of fun and secure space to run around the backyard.

Our stay at Emerald Bungalow was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect place for our family getaway. The location was absolutely ideal—nestled in a scenic area that offered both privacy and easy access to everything we wanted to explore. Whether we were enjoying nature walks, restaurants or simply relaxing at the property. One of the standout features of Emerald Bungalow was the kitchen. As a family of excellent home cooks, we can be picky when it comes to cooking spaces, but this kitchen exceeded our expectations. It was not only spacious but also incredibly well-equipped, with quality appliances and all the utensils and tools we needed to prepare some amazing meals together. Whether we were cooking a leisurely breakfast or preparing a family feast, it was a joy to use the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were well stocked and we would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood was quiet, and it was within great proximity to city amenities without being in town.

Beautiful home in great location. Very convenient to everything. Home was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and had all of the amenities we could have possibly ever needed. Backyard had a great covered sitting area that was perfect for relaxing even when it was raining. Host was very friendly and super responsive and checked in on us a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again!

Andrew was very responsive. House is great. I stayed there a month and would absolutely stay there again.

Chelsea was extremely responsive and helpful. She answered all questions in a timely manner. The place was perfect for our mountain biking trip. The whole family loved the game room. The house is close to all the mountain bike trails and it’s a perfect place to hang out after a long day of riding.
