Villa vacation rentals in Fano

Roberta is the best AirB&B host we’ve ever experienced. She was responsive and made us feel right at home after two very long travel days from the U.S. Because we were arriving in Fano on a Sunday afternoon when most grocery stores are closed, she kindly did some grocery shopping for us ahead of time. She also connected us with an amazing local chef who cooked for us twice while we were there. Finally, the villa is beautiful - the view to the Adriatic, the grounds, the period furniture - all wonderful!

Beautiful family vacation. The house is exactly as described, super clean and the welcome was excellent. At the top of a hill you can enjoy a fabulous view, wind that cools hot days, and shade areas near the pool. Everything is perfect!

Positive overall experience, pleasant location and exceptional pool. Except for the wifi not working perfectly and the lack of a key to close the place in our absence. I recommend accommodation only for couples.

We stayed here for an entire week with our three kids (age 8 and 6). It's one of the best places we've stayed in Italy over the years. The house is incredibly cozy and fully equipped. It's located on the top of hill/mountain surrounded by trees and has a big garden with lots of shadow. The sunset is gorgeous. The town with shops and restaurants is very close. There are plenty of places to explore in the wider area (e.g. Ravenna, Rimini, San Leo, San Marino,...). The house is located right next to an adventure park. Our kids enjoyed it very much. The ticket allows you to go for free the next day. During our stay, some groups of kids arrived at the adventure park in the mornings, which caused some noise. We didn't mind, however. The house and quiet scenery during the rest of our stay fully made up for it! The cherry on top? Licia is super responsive and offered us to come and enjoy their beach bar and swimming pool in Rimini. In short: highly recommended accommodation!

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Thank you so much dear Fransesco for a wonderful and amazing vacation!’ We absolutely loved every minute of it ❤️

Stefano and Cristina are just amazing. They are very friendly and outgoing, they responded to every need we had. We even asked if there is a place to buy homemade grappa, and they have offered us one of their bottles, truly amazing people. The place was more beautiful than the pictures. It was astonishing and breathtaking. Beautiful surroundings, very quiet and secluded. There is a coal barbecue, which brings the best taste in meat upfront. All and all, the one of the best getaways ever, definitely a place you want to stay if you are visiting this area. Thank you so much yet again Stefano & Cristina for everything you have done for us during our stay.

We were a group of 16 people, half adults, half teenagers, who spent one week at Ostipellago49, and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. A beautiful and rustic former farmhouse turned into four separate flats fully equipped to house our large group. Although we missed a communal kitchen, we managed to use one of the kitchens as our main cooking area and made good use of the multiple barbecue options. The small vegetable garden provided us with fresh lettuce and tomatoes free of charge. During the hot afternoons, the pool area was a prime spot for relaxation with the plentiful sunbeds, shady canopies and a large pool. Even after returning back home, Theresa and Valerio continued to provide great service, sending us a hoodie that one of us had forgotten. The language barrier was easily managed via mobile translation tools. We offer our best recommendations.

Host Maddalena was committed, helpful, and just like the host should be! Grazie Maddalena, molto grazie! A very large house, consisting of three separate and large apartments (in each two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen) for this comfortable large terrace, well-maintained greenery, space for cars. So even small children could play freely. The house looks much better than the photos :-) Interestingly, and I don't think there's a mention, the house is tailored entirely to people in wheelchairs, and so families with young children in gondolas or sapettes will feel comfortable. The neighborhood is secluded, away from tourists and the crowd. Around beautiful, rocky mountains where you can hike at will. It's an hour's drive to the sea (to Fano, where there are cool, shallow bathing behind breakwaters - for children just right). The nearest store is a 10-minute drive away. The nearest supermarket (Familia) is a 25-minute drive away. In the area, like a host, there are several places where locals bathe in mountain rivers and one beautiful, small lake (northwest of Piobbico). The only drawback is that the neighbor has a few dogs that sometimes decide to bark, but it wasn't a nuisance enough to disrupt our stay. We were looking for a homey, quiet, away from tourist madness, and Villa Glicine is just like that. I recommend it with a clear conscience.

Casa Roda is a true hidden gem nestled in a stunning valley, offering breathtaking sunsets. The owner gave us a warm welcome, took us on a tour of the property, and made us feel instantly at home. The property is well maintained, spacious, and spotlessly clean. It's the perfect base for exploring nearby attractions or simply relaxing by the pool in the sun. Our stay at Casa Roda was an absolute pleasure!

The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

Absolutely astonishing! Great place for a larger group, very clean, enough space, calm and great landscape. Loris (housekeeper) was a great support for any questions. Highly recommended!

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

Dear Lisa & Christian Back in cold Switzerland. We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

A heartfelt and massive thanks to Chiara for eight great days in amazing surroundings and a very nice apartment. Everything was great. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is great, the big garden is a great joy and the the view from everywhere on the premises is stunning. Chiara is such a nice and considerate host and both we and our two children enjoyed every second there! We highly recommend staying at Il Colle delle Terrazze, you won’t regret it!

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

Absolutely recommended!!! We have booked the space to relax for a few days for our big wedding. The accommodation was exactly as described and is very comfortable, quiet, and with many amenities. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly, he sent us all kinds of tips for activities nearby, responded very quickly to all our questions and finally came to bring us a nice bottle of wine when he heard that we were getting married later that week. Really very sweet. We would love to come back again!

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

The place as well as the hosts were fabulous. It's quiet and very much off the beaten track, yet easy to get around from. The hosts were lovely and very responsive at any time.

you can't ask for a better host than Paolo! The house is wonderfully located on the hill with a wonderful view over the valley. Our first cottage with really good beds in the rooms and sharp knives in the kitchen!!! We will be back next year.

Maria and Angelo's stay in the house was simply amazing. They welcomed us very well, although we were many hours late due to delayed flight, clutter by rental car and closed Autostrada. The entire property, both inside and out, is of a very high standard. Everything appeared to be extremely clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated having three large bedrooms, two good bathrooms, living room with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and two balconies that could be used for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained pool area and the lush and beautiful garden. In summary - if you want a holiday stay with excellent comfort and with the very best hosts - in an area with almost only Italian tourists - then this house is highly recommended.

Best home we had so far and Nicolò is the perfect host.
