We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was as described. Top equipped and clean. At check-in, we were welcomed in a very friendly manner. We got helpful tips regarding sights and restaurants. Just great! We will be happy to come back!

Ive been travelling to Italia for about 2 months. All the way from the top to the bottom. And ive been staying at many accommodations through this app. And this house (hotel) run by Filippo in Longiano was the best. The location is exceptional and the host is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast comes with the stay at the lounge is beyond the line of typical Airbn stay. It's a hotel quality

Rosaria and her husband are extremely welcoming. It’s like being part of an Italian household for some days (in a very good way😁). They took really good care of us by having an amazing breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, and Rosaria even did the laundry for us. We ate fruits from the garden, they had a great pool and a lot of hiking options around. Thanks again for this lovely stay!!

Beautiful stay, the location of the B&B is great, convenient to get around on foot, in 5 minutes you are on the beach and in 10 in the center. Giorgia is always available and kind

The second time we've been here for a few days. There is a lot to be seen in the region, especially for people coming for the Misano circuit or the Misanino kart track, it is the ideal location. The room, breakfast, and communication were all perfect.

Valeria's place was wonderful. Despite being a room with a shared bathroom we never ran into the other guests and had plenty of privacy. Valeria's instructions for getting to the apartment were very helpful and she was flexible with check-in due to train delays that we encountered. I'd highly recommend staying here and if I return to Anconca I will stay here again.

Apartment a few kilometers from Urbino. Well-maintained and welcoming clean environment, feels like home . We didn't meet Daniele in person, but we were always available. Let's start from the view from the room on the Marche hills, which is beautiful. The kitchen is shared with the other room, beautiful, organized and clean. Equipped with all the features. You can also enjoy a good coffee when you arrive. The room is just like the photos, beautiful, blue and spacious. The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The furniture is minimalist and functional. Bed linens and towels are scented and clean. The overall cleanliness is impeccable, you can see the work behind it. The highlight is the bathroom. Bathroom is great. Beautiful, spacious, clean and fragrant. Equipped with all the comforts. The open space shower with double entrance, is even equipped with the hydromassage along with the soothing green light you feel like you are in a spa. In the morning we found a rich breakfast: sweet, savory, yogurt, fruit, tea, and coffee. Despite the short stay, I, my partner, and the two dogs had a very good time. The owner is very kind and helpful.

Elena and her husband are very warm and attentive to their guests. Impeccable cleanliness, the studio is very large and easily suitable for a family with multiple children. A plus, with a large garden and pool. Breakfast is hearty.

Marco is an excellent host, easy to communicate with and very responsive. The place was very clean and in a great location. Would definitely recommend it!

Ricardo was born to run a Bed& Breakfast. He does everything superbly well from interacting with his guests, providing superb service to guests, congenial and engaging. I have never stayed in an Airbnb that felt so comfortable and nice to be in. if you want a quiet peaceful location with a wonderful view of San Marino, this is your place. And, a little plus here...he bakes croissants fresh and knows exactly the time to pull them out of the oven golden crispy brown and perfect. Absolutely, with no question...I highly recommend Ricardo. He knows how to treat his guests, and I assure you, its the way you want to be treated.

Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to explore Le Marche. Beautiful accommodation in a quiet area but by car nearby everything you need. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone and blindly book again when I go on vacation in this region. The hosts have done their best to make you feel at home in a nice, comfortable clean environment and have tips for day trips, food and many other things. We enjoyed it.

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa on the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very countryside. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.
