Great location practically on the sea and very close to miniature Italy which was one of our destinations and the other attractions of the area, Ester was welcoming, precise and punctual, the description of the apartment and the amenities fully matches what we found. The apartment has evidently been recently renovated, the wifi is excellent, the kitchen is functional, the bathroom and the bedrooms are comfortable, the large balcony of which is a covered area. We traveled with the kids and we were provided with a high chair and a cot. Thanks again Ester. See you soon.

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

The stay at Francesca's place was great. We were a stone's throw from Piazza del Popolo and the main streets of the center. Quiet home, with very high ceilings and open loft with sofa bed and additional living space, with old doors and comfortable beds, perfect cleanliness everywhere, immaculate sheets and towels. The two bedrooms are adjacent, one larger and the other - the one with a mini terrace on the roofs - smaller but comfortable. Immediate communication and maximum availability from the host, who welcomed us in person: we had to leave in the late hour and allowed us to stay past the check-out time, without complications and with the possibility - in case you had a job - to leave the luggage inside. We will be back!

We stayed for one week in this apartment, and I’d like to say that it’s a perfect place. Quiet and charming with a beautiful environment. Irene was very responsive and ready to help with any questions or issues. And thank you for the delicious wine and breakfast.

We enjoyed Silvia‘s paradise on the hills of Umbria. The surroundings are amazing and our apartment was rustic and simply wonderful. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside with Silvia‘s family‘ pets. The pool area is beautiful as well and we would have loved to use it more had the weather been better. We took a pasta class with Alberto and all four of us enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and are eager to apply our newly found knowledge about making delicious pasta. Finally, we appreciated the tips about the area and were especially impressed by medieval Gubbio! We definitely want to come back and hopefully, will bring our extended family with us next time.

A beautiful family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at all times of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cabinets. Such care for the well-being of the guest in the bathroom with strong soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and shiny cleanliness. The new BBQ grill, available in the backyard, invites to take meals in the shade of the olive trees while on the terrace in front you can sit for coffee watching the passage of a train in the train station nearby. And why not? You can take a bath in the light of the stars, the common beach is a few steps away, it feels free and joyful as in childhood.

What can Isay... we really felt at home. Really friendly and friendly hosts, able to make you feel part of the family. Relaxing location and immersed in complete tranquility despite being only 5 minutes from the "chaos" of the country. Umbertide is then in a strategic position enough to be able to easily reach beautiful places such as Gubbio, Spello, Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, Perugia and much more. Very, very good value....the restaurant of the location is really something special, quality raw material and unique flavors. We had a really beautiful vacation.... really congratulations to Stefania and Michele, keep it up 😊💪🏼

Absolutely recommended! Caterina and her husband are great hosts, they made us feel at home right away with their warm welcome and availability. They can see that they love to host and gave us great tips on the local gems, which made our stay really enjoyable. The care they put in the apartment reflects this attention, and they were also flexible in meeting our needs. The apartment is beautiful, bright and spacious. For us and our 10-month-old baby it was perfect: there was plenty of space to move around. The kitchen is well-equipped and the view from the balcony and living room is lovely. The area is quiet and peaceful, but within walking distance of the supermarket that offers typical local products, a real added value. Also, Sirolo and the wonderful beaches of Conero are just a 5-minute drive away, a really convenient location. We will definitely be back, a perfect place for a relaxing holiday!

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

The apartment is very well located and very pleasant. Aside from the hustle and bustle. The size is perfect for a comfortable stay of several days. Everything is new and clean. And Gian Marco very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

We spent wonderful 5 days at Sirolo. The location of apartment is great with breathtaking view and plenty of good restaurants around. Francesco helped us to rent a car locally, organized lift from train station and back for half of taxi price.

It was a pleasure staying here. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the place was perfect. 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen+living area, perfectly equipped and very clean. Owners also run a pizzeria very near at the lake, the pizza is absolutely delicious!! We areived very late but the owner did not make us feel bad about it, which was a huge plus. Thank you very much for hosting us! 🙏🏻

Great beachfront accommodation, new and with well-organized spaces. Quick and easy communication with hosts, clear in directions, and responsive to always respond. Small inconvenience had on arrival but immediately resolved without any particular problems. Great location for walking both to the sea and to the city center. Indoor parking space available and quiet area.

first of all, at a communicative level we can say that he is the best host 2) took us from the train station to the apartment (which is no small thing) 3) an unexpected inconvenience happened to the apartment, but he intervened immediately and resolved everything. 4) the accommodation is mega comfortable, sea view, equipped with everything you need maybe if all the hosts were like him thank you very much, we were lucky to have done our experience there. :)
