Monthly Rentals in Fairy Island

The apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy, just as described and pictured in the listing. Location in downtown Waterford was great and we were able to walk to the river park and downtown restaurants, shops and bars. Although it is located on Main Street, there is little traffic at night and we had no trouble sleeping. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

I stayed at the canal cabin for an extended time while working in the area…wow! Hunter was the most amazing host! Very thoughtful and responsive but also respectful of your stay! The location is so charming and I’ve never stayed at a more pet friendly rental! The host supplied little touches for my pups that made us feel so seen and welcomed! I simply cannot recommend this place enough! I will be back as soon as possible. Take advantage of the beautiful outdoor area and walk the neighborhood while you’re here, I highly recommend! There is a wonderful walking trail heading into town as well that we frequented during our stay. I also have to make mention that the bed is wonderfully comfortable and you’re sure to get a great nights sleep!

Ugh I want to gatekeep this place so bad, but I just can’t. This place is incredible, it’s so quiet, cozy and romantic. It’s honestly perfect, so spacious yet cozy. I cannot wait to come back. The real thing I loved the most was the genuine care that went into this home. The personalized notes, the guest book, the snacks, it was such a beautiful slice of life moment. I felt honored to be there. I’ve been through so much recently, and this beautiful safe haven was the most incredible experience I could have ever asked for. Only thing I forgot to bring was some lush bath bombs for that gorgeous tub! Now please no one read this review so I can have this place to myself 😜😆❤️

This place is such a gem! We had a winter staycation with friends from Chicago and stayed here and skied at Alpine Valley. It’s a super easy drive to ski, the house is SO WARM and cozy, incredible well decorated, the kitchen and living room spaces are so inviting and great for cooking and games. Very comfy beds and linens, beautiful yard. Great surrounding area for afternoon strolls. We will definitely stay here again!
