Monthly Rentals in Evergreen, San Jose

I stayed just shy of 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay. Trung was incredibly helpful, kind, and when I had a small issue with the fridge he was extremely responsive and fixed right away. He was always available should I ever have any concerns or needs and never made me feel like I was a bother. The room was very private, clean, and I was pleasantly surprised with all of the amenities you will need for a long term stay. The backyard is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again!!! Amazing find!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood away from downtown San Jose. Bed was comfortable, and the whole place was very clean. We had a good stay overall.

Everything was very good. It is fully independent. The bathroom is very good. You have everything to cook but is is not a real kitchen. There is only one electric hob, one microwave and one oven (under the porch). Access to the washing machine is convenient and everything is provided. The neighbourhood is really beautiful and quiet. However, if you don't have a car, it is really difficult to move (1 bus/hour).
