House vacation rentals in Evergreen, San Jose

I can’t say enough great things about this place!!!!! Perfect location for my family. We are originally from the area and were visiting back home from Ohio. Love the place love the location. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t working which for us in the Midwest we don’t see a pool between September and May were sad we didn’t get to swim as much as we wanted but it wasn’t in the cards this trip. We will for sure stay here again!

I booked this home for my colleagues from overseas, and they had a fantastic stay. The host was highly professional and responsive, promptly addressing all requests and ensuring everyone’s comfort throughout their visit. Their attentiveness made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Such a nice place to stay in Silicon Valley. Tucked back into the beautiful hills, with a walking loop through the oak trees just down the street. Responsive host. A perfect retreat.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Bill's guest cottage. We found everything as advertised, and the surroundings, especially at sunrise, were serene. The vines were lovely and the morning air fresh and crisp. The beds were very comfortable, and the living space fully accommodated our party of three (two adults, one teenager). We spent most of our daytime out and about with nearby family, so we did not have a chance to try out the kitchen, but it was well-stocked. Bill was highly responsive throughout the booking process and answered our questions. We highly recommend!

Pool, Hot Tub and location close to airport plus downtown made the place stellar. Thanks to the hosts on being so responsive and communicative.

Ben's Airbnb was wonderful! It was clean, well kept, had the rooms and items we needed, it had sunlight, a small garden and outdoor sitting area in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, grocery and some sights. Ben was excellent to work with - responsive, clear and readily accessible. He was proactive in understanding our late night arrival and getting information to us in a timely manner. I would definitely repeat working with Ben. I highly recommend Ben and his Airbnb. Great place!!

Virginia is truly a super host and her place is very very charming. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was comfortable and attractive but the kitchen stood out. It is well appointed for a couple who are used to cooking for themselves. The neighborhood was attractive and very quiet. Parking was never a problem. It is within walking distance of two grocery stores and an entire shopping center. The WiFi is great. This unit fit our needs very well.

Enjoyed Tammy's home and the space for all of our family was perfectly laid out We enjoyed gathering in the well stocked kitchen. The house is exactly as pictured and it was great to have two bedrooms that were en suite with bathrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to many locations. Tammy was an excellent host and we appreciated the coffee, water and welcome snacks. Would definately recommend.

There were several things I really enjoyed about Danping's place. One, the views of the Bay were stunning. Clean windows had a lot to do with that. Two, the hardwood floors were in perfect shape. Not always the case. Made for a cool bungalow feel. Three, the kitchen was spotless with a new and large refrigerator. A must for a family of five. Four, the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I was in bad need of sleep. Five, the temperature controls were a Honeywell with four weekday and weekend settings each. I have the same at home. Made for an efficient use of heat. Six, though we tidied up quite a bit, it was nice to know that we did not need to be so anal about cleaning. Finally and perhaps most importantly, Danping was exceptionally responsive. Not so easy around the holidays, so it was very much appreciated.

I rented the house for my family to stay in while attending my wedding. Was a fantastic place for this with plenty of room, quiet backyard that backs up to a green space, and a quiet neighborhood. Was easy to check-in/out. Would stay again 10/10.

we were working down there; the neighborhood seems very nice and safe. We end up stay an extra day, bc it took longer to finish the project. No complain on the house.

We enjoyed our time at Anne-Flore’s snazzy house. It is as cool and stylish as it looks in the photos. It’s like being in a European movie! Everything is clean and uncluttered. The neighborhood is beautiful for walking, and it’s a few minute drive to nice shops and restaurants in Menlo Park and to the Stanford campus. It was a great place for our visit. We had a lovely, seamless stay here, with two little kids in tow. It was a great location, and had lots of amenities. The backyard is nice and quiet and shady. It is a great price, and convenient location, very close to the airport but in a nice residential area also convenient to downtown. 100% would stay here again.

Amazing estate with breathtaking views. Beautiful interior with high vaulted ceilings making you feel you are inside a castle. Everone in our group of 10 very much enjoyed our stay. Wished we could have stayed longer than a weekend. Great and responsive host. Thank you Andrey!

Maggie is a wonderful host, proactively checking in and responding graciously to our needs. Her home is attractive, comfortable, clean, spacious, with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The house was stocked with treats and toiletries. The front yard is beautifully landscaped. The front porch was a peaceful place to sit. The house was well located for all of our needs in the area. We would gladly choose to stay with Maggie again.

Jilayi is a wonderful host with a beautiful house. Every decor choice within the house feels very thoughtful and it definitely added to the overall ambiance of the house and made the stay pleasant. We had everything we needed and instructions to check were super easy to follow. Love how accommodating the host was of our every need. The beds too were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. The high ceiling of the house makes the home feel very roomy and not too congested like some airbnbs we have been to before. 5 stars from our side

Richard and Nikki‘s cottage is not just a place to stay, it’s an experience. It was perfect for a long term stay. The cottage is only about 1/2 mile from the 280 freeway but tucked away so that you never hear the road noise. The greenery surrounding the house blocks the noise and provides privacy and a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. It was a great location for recovering from medical procedures. The home is very well maintained and is well appointed with updated appliances. The cookware is of good quality. The dishes are a quality you would enjoy in your own home. The Nespesso machine was a great touch. Nikki, the cohost, was very attentive and responsive to any questions or requests. I would highly recommend the cottage and would not hesitate to stay there again.
