The apartment is very big. There is a burger restaurant downstairs getting in and out is easy, very helpful host and very clean apartment. There is one thing I should mention the water pressure of the second bathroom is a bit low, but I believe the host will work on it. Thank you so much for hosting us

Biruk responds quickly with questions or any help. House is as described and they have a house keeper which I didn’t expect . You will find restaurants, shopping stores , salons and pharmacies in walking distance. Neighborhood is quiet and safe . They have a generator which we used when there was a couple of power outages . House is spacious. Will definitely come back to this house.

The villa is very big, there are three bedrooms, a large living room, a beautiful kitchen, and a very safe place. Almost everything is next to the house, including food and drink. The owner of the villa is a helpful man, and there is a car that helps you with your daily errands. Mr. David is also helpful and helps you with everything. I advise you to come and live here. We really enjoyed staying here. Mahetem was so kind and helpful. The place was immaculate and very safe. After some rough Airbnb experiences in Addis, finding this place was such a relief. Whenever I’m next in Addis, I’ll definitely look to stay here again.

everything I come to addis I stay at thus beautiful place. I believe this us my 4th time. I always get food delivered at night if I don't feel like going out and ordering taxi services are perfect as well. the host is wonderful and always willing to help if need be. anytime I come to ethiopia I will ask to stay at this place only. anyone who want to stay at a nice secured safe beautiful home... this is the place for you. shinny marble floors, large bedrooms, bathrooms in every room and open spaced are simply unmatched by any other accommodations...

Hanna’s place is in a safe compound with good running water and electricity. Also as a country, power goes off by schedule we had a good power during our almost 2 months stay. Wi-Fi is very unreliable. Will definitely stay again.

Hager's house is so big and has a lot of space. My son and nephew had so much fun l in the compound and made great memories. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful surrounded by nice and friendly people! The caretaker in the house is such a humble and helpful person. There were some issues during our stay, but Hager was also extremely quick to respond to all my questions. In general, I would definitely book Hager's place again. This is the first time my family and I stayed at a guest house in Addis Ababa. Ruth’s place felt home away from home. Ruth is a super host who replied right away to answer all of our questions. She also gave us great recommendations to restaurants, hair salon, and car rental. She’s very resourceful and always willing to help! We really appreciate her quick response to all of our inquiries. Once we reached addis at Ruth’s place we were welcomed by to amazing guys Mesgana and Temesgen who helped us with our luggages showed us around the apartment to make sure we knew how everything worked. They also made sure we had water and food since we had our kids with us! They really went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and we really appreciated their help! The apartment is super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had all the things we need if we want to cook. The bed was super comfortable and everyone had a great night sleep. My two daughters didn’t want to leave as they had so much fun. The view is incredible! My husband and I enjoyed our morning cup of coffee on the balcony over looking the amazing view of the city. Ruth’s apartment is located at a prime location very easy to get to all the great restaurants and most importantly the airport! We also enjoyed walking to the most awesome coffee shop called “Melke” right next to Sidera Hotel. I asked my two daughters what they like about Ruth’s place and they said everything and they said they’re disappointed that we didn’t stay longer! We will definitely stay at Ruth’s place again and our next stay will be longer than this time! Thank you so much for everything! See you soon!!

It was great to have a flat with kitchen and bathroom and all. For this price in general in Addis you would have to share with others. Definitely worth the money and 24/7 guards for the building is a plus. Also a public transport pick up point t right in front of the building where you can grab public transport or call a Ride to pick you up (usually it is difficult to explain where you are, but not here if you simply give the name of the pick up point). Bemnet is also very helpful and quick to respond and has family living within the same building to assist you where needed.

Great place to stay in Addis Ababa! The apartment is simply beyond praise — cleanliness and comfort at the highest level. Everything you need for a comfortable holiday is thought out to the smallest detail. The host is incredibly responsive and always ready to help with any questions.
