My second stay with Jo during a week of working in the area, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Relaxing surroundings with plenty of space and kitchen facilities make a stay away from home so much better. I would recommend Jo's garden cabin very highly indeed.

What we liked the most was the location of the house, in the heart of the English countryside. Very quiet and wonderful nature place. The house was cozy. Suzanne has been very friendly and very communicative.

Lovely room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Morning tea and proper milk very welcome touch.

A very pleasant stay. The nearby railway was extremely quiet. When we arrived there was coffee, tea, milk, sugar and even complementary biscuits waiting. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the garden. We would definitely stay here again.

We could not ask for a more clean and private setting. Susy was always responsive in a timely manner and concerns were always addressed immediately. Hopefully we can get the opportunity to stay again and will definitely advise anyone to stay at The Shed. It was truly a wonderful experience and Susy really made us feel at home. She was kind and informative. Well done! A true Super Host.

Vivian made us feel very welcome and the place was ideal for us . Being so close to Epping Forest and the Lake was an added bonus …

Excellent place to stay. So luxury with beautiful decor and lots of space. Beautiful garden too. The bed was very comfy and the Alexa lights etc were the icing on the cake. The bar is beautiful too and great if you haven’t brought any alcohol with you or if you have and want to treat yourself to something different. The dart board was our favourite part and we played for many hours! We would recommend to any couples for a little break away or if you’re on a work trip as a luxury place to stay. Thanks so much for having us!

Anthony's place was very snug and cozy. Very comfortable bed and the heating was very easy to control and effective. Handy base for Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds, and Lavenham, just to mention 3 places. Tea, coffee, and breakfast cereals provided. We would be happy to stay again in future.

We had a brilliant 2 night stay for my partner's birthday. The property is a sweet little building right next to a really cool boatyard, only a minute's walk from the picturesque small harbour of Pin Mill. The host sent really clear instructions on how to find the property and checking in via the lockbox was extremely easy. We absolutely loved the peaceful environment and the pretty garden with trees where we could hear owls at night and a dawn chorus in the early morning. The property is small but perfectly formed - ideal size for us (2 people and a small dog!) and felt extremely private and relaxing. It has lots of windows so we were easily able to air it out on arrival and it felt fresh and nice. It's also really well located - Pin Mill is a cool spot (the woods are lovely) and we visited loads of different places around Suffolk during our short stay. We would definitely be back if we are coming to the area. Thank you for a really straightforward and enjoyable stay!! :)

It was a hassle free,overnight stay. Had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. Clean and comfortable place. Was quiet and peaceful. Host recommended a reliable cab company which ferried me to and from the accommodation. Would 100% recommend.

Sadly we overstayed our stay by one night by mistake and me Nyree at 11:45pm to explain I had made an error and will settle the following day. we dtripped the beds, put the linen downstairs and the rubbish bags. Sadly we left a window open and left the annexe unlocked but given we left at 7 am and it's a locked gated property we did not think there was any risk. sadly and end of a short break spoilt by the hosts comments given we had only just got home to deal with the outstanding amount.

The Shed was a beautiful place to stay at. Firstly, if you're looking for peace quiet and calm surroundings, this is it. You will be undisturbed and able to take interesting woodland walks. Secondly the Host is excellent, available but unintrusive. If you want to get away from it all, I'm sure you'll have a great time.

Lovely stay at the Meadow view lodge, highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.. Outside area is incredible, BBQ over looking the pond, friendly ducks i cant wait to come back when the weather is better to be able to enjoy the space outside more 😁. The lodge was very clean, fresh clean bedding which smelt amazing!! and a cosy atmosphere with the electric wall fire/heater👌🏻 Will be recommending to friends and family 🙂 Thank You Charlie

The annex and garden were absolutely beautiful. The annex was very clean. The beds were really comfy and we felt right at home. It’s in a nice quiet location. Loredana was really friendly and responsive. We’d definitely stop again and would recommend to friends.

Had a lovely weekend stay. Dogs enjoyed the biscuits, very helpful with extra towels for cleaning their feet. Loved the apartment. Reminded me of my loft at parents house. Little treats. Grapes and bread yummy. Bathroom was lovely Everything we needed including deer in field Truly enjoyed our time thank you

Colin and Linda were absolutely wonderful hosts! We stayed for an extended period while awaiting the completion of our house, and they made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Their communication was always prompt and helpful, making our long stay much smoother. What truly stood out was their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. When we found ourselves needing daycare for our dog, they stepped in to help us out, which was a huge relief! Their generosity and understanding were truly appreciated. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. We highly recommend Colin and Linda to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming Airbnb experience. They made our transitional period so much easier. Thank you both!

Such a lovely time my parents had staying in this charming cozy home! Chrissie is amazing, such a wonderful host! Helpful, happy and an absolute pleasure to deal with! Even allowed my parents to check in early at no extra cost! My parents loved their weekend stay here, and can’t wait to go back! Everything was spotlessly clean, it had everything you need and they felt right at home! I’d definitely recommend this charming cozy home to anyone wanting to stay near Clacton on sea! Such a gem!

Phillipa's Sunflower Cottage is right up there with our best places to stay. It was amazing. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing - just what you'd expect down a lovely country lane. Plenty of windows to soak up the surroundings, but also very private. However, it wasn't too far to local villages and towns. Would love to have stayed longer.

We had a lovely stay at the cabin whilst attending a wedding at The Reid Rooms. The cabin was beautifully decorated, had so many special touches and a fabulous host! The breakfast bits, coffee and 11am checkout were bonuses that made our stay very relaxed and stress free. A lot of thought has been put into this accommodation and I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Sally and Tony are lovely friendly hosts, as were their dogs. Nothing is too much trouble and the cabin is spot on. The little extras touches are really classy as was the bottle of Prosecco for our wedding anniversary. Thank you both for making our stay so welcoming. Really enjoyed it, and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Frinton.
