We found staying at Nick and Tracey’s place great. Whilst working in Panto over Christmas, it was the perfect place to make home from home. It was clean, tidy and warm with everything we needed. Nick and Tracey were so helpful and responsive. We would definitely book this place again.

With years of experience using Airbnb, my husband and I can definitively say that Katharine is one of the best hosts you could possibly wish for! Accommodation: - Warm & homely - Effective underfloor heating in the bathroom - Private - Although on a main road, quiet and peaceful - Comfortable bed - Thoughtful decor throughout the house - Nice views - Close to everything you could need or want - Central location in terms of tourism - Equipped with local guidebooks - Helpful extra storage space outside the room Host: - Friendly, welcoming and polite - Fast to respond to messages - Very helpful and informative - Attentive and caring - Respects guests privacy while making you feel at home - Thoughtful (there was even a quality shopping bag for guests to use) If we ever visit Durham or the surrounding area again, this will be our first choice!

Carlene was a great host and made our weekend away simple and stress free, will definitely be coming again when we are back in the area!

Lovely one night stay just to have some me time. Place compact but lovely. Very clean. Tea, coffee, milk, bread etc supplied. Thank you. Lovely hot shower and bed was so comfy. Lovely patio just waiting for summer to sit and enjoy a glass or 2 of wine. Would definitely recommend.
